    Ive canceled my monthly service yet you are still trying to charge my cc for monthly charge!! And no response from you via email on cancellation or anything and I paid you off on any bills that I owe

    I've been with Deferit for several years and it's help me maintain my daily responsibilities. I had a unfortunately issue a couple of days ago and didn't quite understand why my balance was tremendously reduced. I reached out to them and Mr. ***** understood my issues. He explained why, but to me it still didn't make sense. He reached out to the in house staff about my concern. I must add that both understood my issues and granted me more than what I needed. My hats off to the entire Deferit team for going above and beyond to assist me with this stressful time. They really helped my situation. Thanks Guys!! I'm a customer for life!!

I reached out to ************* and shared my thoughts on how this impact changed my ability to use this option in case of bind.     My name is ******* ********. I have been using deferti for a few years with no issues however, recently a bill was paid and applied to the wrong account as I have two accounts with the same company the company quickly refunded me for the wrong payment however it has been Grueling, trying to get this returned by default and they are still consistently trying to charge me for a bill that was already returned by the original company. I have sent the company several emails. They keep sending me generic messages back instead of actually providing a resolution to the issue. I dont get a lot of credit as it is and I think it is not worth me keeping the service for this hassle.
