June 25 paid ***** membership fee and June 28th deducted a 1st installment payment payment of $64.73 This was supposed to be the required initial amount for the service of paying a ******** bill of of $175 dollars that I then pay back to them in 4 installments On the website they show the bill as paid. But in speaking with ******** they informed me that the system Deferit is running is not legit. and they will be returning their $175 payment as they do not do business with this company.Business Response

I use deferit for some bills. I am Not sure what is going on but every time I try to use my card it declines on and I asked the rep to look into this and he never responded. I have no problem paying for the bill but this website has had so many issues lately. I would rather just mail the payment because its entirely too many issues .Business Response

I having big issues, a rep by the name of ******** responds very slow, seems to not care to communicate properly or know how to assist. It has taken weeks for her to completely mess up my account and cause me stress. My only concern was through the bill saver option I negotiated my spectrum bill. You guys provided me a great contract however spectrum raised it from the negotiated ***** to *****. I contacted you guys for assistance due to the bill should have not increased. She proceeds to cancel out the complete bill *******, without permission. Refund what amount to what bank account idk. I dont even have the same account so now money is lost mt ******* is canceled why. This has been a nightmare if this issue can be fixed thats what I want if not I need a check issued to meBusiness Response

I got a bill paid by these guys. I paid $14.99 plus the $70.99 deposit and first months bill its says the bill was paid but the electric company hasnt received anything.Business Response

June 18th made payment of ***** to ************************* committed to paying $200 to Entergy Arkansas LLC,stated it was made online charging the $1.60 online charge. Entergy still shows no payment. I made 3 payments on the same day that showed on Entergy website immediately. This is a scam company.Business Response

I opened an account with deferit in hopes that they would help me with paying a bill. I uploaded my bill, paid the membership fee as well as the $95 for the deposit and as my first payment only for the bill TO NOT GET PAID. I havent been able to reach anyone by phone or email. They dont even have a contact number, everything is through a live bot chat. This website is a SCAM. Please do not spend your money here.Business Response

I have paid this company ***** to paid my ****** ATT bill, they stated to me that it has been paid. Well that is a lie. The customer's bill was processed and paid on June 3rd via ACH. The standard timeframe to reflect on ******** end is 2 to 3 business days. Responded to customer's email and provided a copy of the transaction receipt. Also advised that we do not encourage uploading of bills that are already due at the time of upload or due the next day since our processing time is 1 to 2 days.
