      Last year, in July 2023, an annual fee of $165 was charged, even though I did not use any of their services. I simply forgot to cancel the subscription after the trial period. This July, another annual fee of $165 was charged, covering up to 2025. Despite multiple email communications, they still have not refunded me. I did not log into their website or use any of their services over the past year.

      The same day I was notified they were going to auto-renew my membership, I cancelled the subscription. Too late, they had already charged my account. Same day, I requested a refund and they refused. Note: the subscription is a year in advance, I have not benefited from it and yet they refuse to refund. This should be illegal. Im in dispute with them and I can see where it is going. Not happy at all. All I can do at this point is warn people about their shady practices. BUYER BEWARE!!!

      I canceled my Skillshare subscription on iOS in 2021. Since then, I have been billed yearly. I never got a renewal email from Skillshare. I recently saw the renewal notification from ******. The payment wasn't visible under the "Active Payments" view there, so I couldn't cancel it. The ************************ tab on the Skillshare website is completely blank. I cannot see previous payments or cancel the subscription (again). I reached out to Skillshare a few days before the subscription was to be renewed and asked to cancel the subscription and process a refund for previous years. They did not acknowledge that I requested the cancellation. Instead, they said that they could provide a 50% refund for the previous year, which they still have not done. Nor did they cancel my subscription before it was renewed again. Once the renewal was processed, it finally showed up in ******, so I canceled it there and sent the transaction to the dispute center. I then got an email from Skillshare saying that subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled and that the subscription has been since 2020. No kidding! They didn't mention canceling my subscription or the refund.

      They actually offered me a 50% refund on my subscription which i had forgotten to cancel, then I got an email that my ticket had expired. i got no response to my multiple emails trying to get at least a partial refund. I get the feeling they are sadists. Their customer service is like that Southpark cable company episode: Woops, you got ripped off with an expensive subscription and now youre getting the run-around trying to resolve your issue? Ohhh nooo, were soooo sorry!

      I also tried to cancel my membership with skillshare the day I was charged for an annual membership. The charge was still pending on my account, but they told me that I wasn't eligible for a refund. I do agree with everyone else here saying that this business is using deceptive practices. If you were recommended Skillshare through a content creator, please leave a comment to warn other people who might be scammed by this company.

      Skillshare keeps charging me for an annual membership after I cancelled my account. This is the third time it's happened, and I'm beginning to think it is intentional. The first time I thought it was a mistake, then it happened again two years in a row, after I cancelled. Their services are OK but they do not let you cancel your membership and stay cancelled.

      WOw... I'm not alone here. I'm asking for a full 2 Year refund! I canceled with a skillshare representative during a chat! Yeah! TO MY SURPRISE, I was charged full price for another year!I been chatting with was real helpful people at Skillshare, so I thought, until I receive this generic "Hi there" Skillshare reply offering a 50 % refund for the last Charge and telling me that if I don't cancel Im to expect to be charged full prince again. I just cancelled agin!!! There is a real big disconnect in the way there service chat people tell me things work and how they really do business. On top there is NO evidence that I ever used their service and received shared skills! I did sign up for a complementary free introduction and I the moment I looked at it I knew I was not going to use it! So that moment, last year, I took care of it and asked for help to cancel with the help of their service raps just like I did this week!! Evidently they don't cancel anything or let me believe that I canceled just like a few days a go! I was charged $165.00 2x although canceled! They owe me $330.00.

      Do not sign up for a free trial. I signed up for a 30 day free trial and even if you cancel,they still charge you. They are unethical.After 14 days,they dont give you a refund.It is painful to even give them one star!
