      Awful experience! I ordered a pizza through slice. I went to pick up the order and was about 10 minutes later than I planned to be. The pizza restaurant told me they didn't have my order. Went through the system, didn't see anything under my name or with similar items. I ordered another pizza and waited there so I lost about 30 minutes time. Got my pizza, paid for it separate from my slice order. I then contacted slice's customer support the next day. They contacted the pizza place who said they reviewed security footage and I never came to pick it up. I sent slice my images of my ****** timeline and my receipt and they would not give me a refund. I would absolutely not use slice again!

      I ordered a pizza .. delivery driver calls me and says he cant find my address.. he went to the wrong address and he doesnt know if Im getting my pizza.. He was cussing and rude. He calls me back after I give him the correct address and tells me he cant find it and hangs up. I call slice and ******* tells me the pizza was delivered. I tell her I didnt get it and the address he had was wrong. She tells me it was delivered and there will be no refund. $51 bucks went to whomever, someone got a free pizza and the delivery driver got a tip. I called the restaurant they said they talked to slice and theyd be calling me to work it out. Its been 3 days and not a word. Slice is a c*** company and needs to be shutdown

      We were traveling and placed an order for local pizza place through this service and mistakenly selected incorrect address. It was correct house address but wrong street. I called to try and get it sorted but was told by rep that they could not get the driver back and that it was left on porch. I drove to the address that was entered and order was not on porch. Was told by home owner that she refused order. Contacted CS again and was told that once a delivery was completed they could no longer contact a driver. How shady and unsafe is that? You can't locate people driving for your service? What if that driver were to have assaulted a recipient of an order? I didn't want to be reimbursed I was just looking for my order and I explained as such to the rep. ***** other delivery apps I can locate my driver, message my driver, verify my driver etc... and with this service there is no visibility? I was then contacted by email that basically too bad for me. It was my mistake using an incorrect address and despite the fact that I had contacted within 2 minutes of delivery to try and rectify and even went to the address because I was told it was left on porch, I could not be helped I was out my money AND the order! Where did my order go? The driver just gets to keep it... but we don't know who it is? Why wasn't a call made to me....I found the receipt lying on the ground in the driveway and my name and number were present. Just terrible experience and the lack of ability to contact a delivery driver makes me very concerned for the safety of these customers!

      I ordered delivery. The app notified me that the order had been delivered but it was not. I called and was told they would investigate. Today they notified me that because the order was marked as delivered they could not offer me a refund. I was charged $25 and didn't receive the item that was purchased.

      The app ask for my location and then send it to a store in another town. When I showed up at the restaurant my food was not there they had no idea where it was and when I figured out what had happened slice wouldn't refund my money. I wouldn't use this app ever again nor will I shop at any retail establishment that expects you to use it.

      Zero stars is more appropriate. I got a call from my husband yesterday asking if I ordered pizza. I said no because I had mowing the lawn and cleaning out my garage so I didnt have my phone on me. Well, not one but two cars pulled up to my parents house with almost $300 worth of pizza that was not ordered by us. I have called twice and emailed and have not heard back. That is unacceptable. Almost $300!! Today when we all are struggling. Im so ****** at ******************** also. We ended up donating to the local DAV ** there were so many pizzas.

      3 hours to get a pizza delivered, called slice twice and each time they told me 20 more minutes, customer service is horrible as they treat their customers as if they dont matter, tried to cancel the order and get refunded and they wouldnt let me do it, will be doing a charge back as i didnt even get what i orderdd

      Title: Disappointing Experience - Avoid Slice Pizza!Rating: ?????Review:I had a truly terrible experience with Slice Pizza, and I would strongly advise against ordering from them. This was the second time my family and I encountered issues with their online ordering process.After placing an order, I received a call claiming to be from my bank's fraud department, stating they needed more information to confirm the transaction. They specifically mentioned the last four digits of the card I used to order from Slice. This raised a red flag as it happened to me and my son on separate occasions while ordering pizza from Slice online.Firstly, I was left feeling uneasy and suspicious about the legitimacy of the call. To be safe, I contacted my bank directly to confirm if they had made the call, which they said it was not them.Secondly, the fact that this has happened twice now indicates a potential issue with Slice Pizza's online ordering system or security measures. It's unacceptable to put customers through such an ordeal, and it raises concerns about the safety of personal information.With these recurring problems, I won't be ordering from Slice Pizza again. I hope they take customer feedback seriously but based off of so many bad reviews they dont care.

      I made an order on 7/9/2023 at 10:00pm, after waiting for half an hour for a place which is a 10 minute drive from my apt. I decided to call, just to get a status, a Slice rep told me that my pizza was JUST picked up and was on it's way. Next thing I know, I feel asleep, and I have lost call at 11:55pm... my pizza took over 2 hours to be delivered, and not only that, the Slice rep LIED to me saying it was just picked up (if not I would've cancelled the order). Next morning, I contact Slice chat support to explain the situation and their customer service rep was super rude and unprofessional and said there was nothing to be done and there's no refund or not even any other options for me.

      My pizza order was canceled without any notice. I was checking the status of my order and Slice said it was canceled. I had to call and find out the driver canceled the delivery because he couldn't wait for my order. I paid a fee to use their service and they didn't deliver my food, the restaurant had to do it. That is not the way to do business. I paid for a service I never received. The restaurant had to do their job. I definitely don't recommend Slice.
