      I placed an order and went to the restaurant to pick it up at the time it should have been done. Get there and slice never even contacted the restaurant to give them my order. As I am standing there, in an empty restaurant, I start getting texts from slice saying the restaurant is busier then usual and order is delayed. Lie. I then get another text saying the restaurant cancelled my order. Another lie. I call slice, as I am standing in the restaurant, and they try to feed me the same bs and take zero accountability. Do not use the app to order food.

      Slice is the worst app!! I deleted it and will never use it again. I ordered a pizza online told them to leave it at my front door sat down watching the rest of my movie and watching the app which is telling me its being prepared. Its being prepared meanwhile it was delivered. No knock at the door no nothing so was ice cold with ants in it when asked slice why their app is broken. Why I got no information saying it was delivered, they just said oh well, sorry. !!! Well Im sorry too. You just lost a customer.

      Ordered delivery and app switched to pickup. **************** *** was completely unwilling to help. I have been using the app for a few months, 4 orders maybe, and this is the second issue with no resolution and what appears to be no cares given from customer service. I do not suggest.

      I ordered a pizza and it was delivered to the wrong address, when I contacted Slice, the *** acted like it was my fault for not noting in the instructions to be sure to not leave the pizza at the wrong address-duh. I got a refund but the *** acted like he was doing me a favor. I wont use their service again and will be sure to post reviews of this transaction everywhere.

      I placed an order through Slice and never received it. Website said delivery would arrive at 2:05 pm. When reaching out to Slice, they said driver cancelled the order. Not sure I will receive a refund. Very disappointed in their service and will never use Slice again.

      I ordered and got wrong pizza, and they basically said no refund sorry. I called local business and they took care of me right away. Slicelife has horrible customer service can't do any refunds and is basically a useless middleman service that does more harm than good. Please shut them down.

      Ordered pizza while staying at a hotel. First I was told that it would be around an hour for delivery which was acceptable. Then I was notified that delivery would be an additional 45 minutes later (close to 1:45 after ordering). Not ideal, but heck it was already ordered. After around 2 hours go by, I receive a notice that the order was delivered so I go to the hotel lobby. The only hotel employee said that it had not been delivered so I waited. 5 minutes later I receive a text letting me know that the delivery driver was on their way. Conflicting! I waited another 30 minutes and there was no delivery so I reached out to the pizza store. They said that the delivery driver left a while ago and was surprised that it wasn't delivered. Received a call from Slice offering a refund but no food. I'm not the guy who complains very often but I have four kids that waited for almost 3 hours for food. Not cool!

      Absolutely furious. I ordered from my local pizza shop, received someone else's order and called the restaurant directly and no one answered. So I contacted Slice directly and they told me they were not authorized to refund me because i needed to contact the store directly....which I DID and no one responded over the phone. So not only would they not refund me after I followed the policy's instructions, but after elevating this to the supervisor all they did was give me a $10 off $15 coupon which is just an insult. I am absolutely furious. I spent $80, did all I could and followed policy, and Slice not only didn't trust me as the customer, but failed to resolve this and listen. I am so frustrated.

      We made an order while we were on vacation at ************ on 1/1/25. Our resort has more than one building, so when making the order on the app, I put the wrong building number. As soon as I saw the mistake, I called to fix the problem. The 1st slice agent I spoke to was very nice and helpful, she tried to help call the driver about the change. The problem was the driver didnt have a contact number. The next 2 agents were not helpful at all. One even said all I could do was go to the other location, and ask the family my pizza was delivered to to give it back. I was told an escalation case was made, and was assured Id have a return call within 24 hours. Im still waiting on that call for resolution.
