      HORRIBLE!! if I could leave zero stars, I would. Very deceptive website when ordering from restaurants takes you directly to an incognito Slice site which looks like the restaurants site, says nothing about Slice , displays the restaurants name until you click order! Totally screwed up our order and refused to compensate in any manner!!Stay away

      Slice delivered to the wrong address and they are saying they will look into it This is unacceptable. We dont have our dinner , and we are hungry !! They are not like the other delivery services where you can talk to a driver. This is a scam. I saw other reviews with non delivery problems. They need to be shut down

      Slice is a terrible. They dont require the drivers to take a photo. The driver marked my pizza delivered and I never received my items. They wouldnt provide me with a refund! I lost the only money I had to feed my child that night. Slice as a company should be ashamed!

      This company *****. I ordered food and afterwards caught that I somehow was ordering from my previous order so I tried to cancel what was on from the last order but because the shop had started making it I didn't get a refund for the pizza. They just stop contact when I complained. They **** and I will never use them again

      What a scam of an app- they should be ashamed!!! I placed an order and noticed the app set it to the wrong address - East when I live on the West side. I immediately called customer service and the woman said the order had not been picked up yet and she would update my address. Almost 2 hours later my order never arrived and a new customer service rep confirmed my dinner was delivered to a Reebok store. They wont refund me and said there is nothing they can do since the driver had the original address (even though I called and asked them to update it before it got picked up). So I paid for my food, delivery fees and a driver tip, and did not receive my order WHICH THEY ACKNOWLEDGED. But they refuse to refund me for something they said they took care of. ****** of this app! I will now have to dispute the charge with my bank. Awful.

      DO NOT USE SLICE!My account was hacked and they still have not refunded my money for an order I never placed and refused and sent back to the pizza shop. They are frauds!

      Door dash has already modeled exactly how this should work.. unfortunately the people running slice are to stupid to figure it out. They find a driver like door dash but, they don't require the driver to take a picture of the delivery. Therefore the driver can claim to drop your food off and actually not drop it off. My food wasn't delivered and yet Slice refused to give me a refund or even a credit of sorts. Absolute garbage company

      I pre-ordered a pizza for delivery 1.5 hours later. They accepted the order. They processed my credit card. 10 minutes after the scheduled delivery time, they called me to tell me they were too busy to delivery my order. I order in advance as this was my only window to eat. I am beyond frustrated. My experience with Slice was horrible!
