    Public handicaps small investors from buying in dollar amounts. They pick & choose which stocks are purchased this way, with no explanation. Looking for new broker, that's more transparent

    I would give less stars if I could first public was stealing money from me by not buying when I try to then they were stealing it in tips. Now I cannot withdraw money cause I bank at rogue credit union. From day 1 they took pennies upon pennies per deal then started taking dollars public is a scam get gone quick.

    FRAUDULENT! Do NOT use this app! They are stealing money from their users. They've taken over $300 of my money so far and I'm trying to fight it and get my money out. Robinhood just got sued for this and now Public is stealing from their customers as well.

    Wouldn't allow me to withdraw to my cashapp, same account I used to open the public account. So I open a bank account.Now they won't use ** ****. BUY 500 shares of a .26 for about $133, sell it for .27 and they give me like $121.

When placing a market order, the last reported trade price may or may not be what your trade will execute for. A market order guarantees execution of the trade, but does not guarantee a price.     How do you have to give out loans without customers consent is beyond me. I sold everything and everything was available to reinvest. I crossed a stock that could not buy in dollars so I had buy full shares. I did the purchase received notice will execute at next closing then reinvest most of the remaining intimate crypto. Then a short time later my stock executed at $5 more then I purchased it witch caused my account to go negative and they tell me my crypto sale was held up it was the stock that was held up and increased in price but I did not consent to any loan to cover what I was being over charged. They will not admit Now I want to close my account but I can't with drawl all my funds. They will only allow $11.38 out of $54.65, this does not close my account

    Id like to personally thank ***** and ****** for helping me fix my problem of changing emails and the fixing the app, all was needed is to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work if your having problem of resetting your password then logging in is it either outdated or a quick reinstall will fix it. Overall the app is great, so is the team of public 10/10.

    Since the ******** merger I have been in absolute **** every single day with regards to this app. The app crashes often,and did this morning and now I am missing ****** from my account and they have it listed as -****** cash saying that my account is clearly missing that since crash this morning and unfortunately they dont seem to have compassion for the situation and have flat out claimed via email to me that this mornings crash was 100% resolved except it wasnt and its not the first time Ive heard almost verbatim dialogue written to me prior for many upon many a months they have run me around as to why since the ******** merger my account has been full of bugs, in accurate averages and missing monies. **************** is terrible. They obviously have a script they adhere to and arent capable of truly fixing issues because they have zero idea how to fix issues. This is exhausting having money with a firm that I do NOT TRUST in any way to secure my money. The daily stress it causes me to always see numbers that arent accurate, or having to reboot my phone anytime I want to check anything at all. Its disheartening and frightening that they always claim issues are fixed yet they clearly arent and I have screenshots proving all of this and have sent them these via app messaging and email to no avail. They dont answer the questions. Ever!. I want my ****** back where it belongs and then I wish for the stock market to hurry up and go up for holiday push so I can leave this APP as soon as possible.
