After doing my intense research of Brokerages, I stumbled on a recommendation for Public. Fidelity was suppose to be my first choice however I found a stock that I wanted to trade and Public had that ticker in-house. Public made EVERYTHING fast and easy, I was blown away. I signed up one night and made my first trade that same night. Fees for after hours trading are low. The convenience was well worth it. I just opened my *** with Public and took advantage of the 1% match they are offering. I had to contact Customer Relations or Support because I ran into a hiccup with opening my *** account and was evenly as surprised with the attention and expertise of the representatives in that department. I am very happy with Public and look forward to a prosperous brokerage client relation.Public.com

Force sells your assets every month to pay their monthly service fee. Cannot withdraw funds without a $75 fee. ****** even sell my assets because the app has no . button to sell my partial shares. Held hostage.Public.com

I have had my money in Public for over two months. My money has been restricted for all that time. I wanted to buy a house and ***** said she would send the deposit to the builder or the title company, that is not true. I receive computer generated replies from the said *****. I am so extremely dissatisfied with this Company that I want to withdraw my money from this Company and move it to another brokerage company and the aforementioned ***** is telling me that we can only move it to a brokerage company of her choice. This is outrageous. My opinion is that ***** is a very vindictive controlling person. She is holding my money hostage. I am now looking into taking legal action.Public.com

I had an issue with Public and they began to bully me violating my first amendment rights threatening me because I said they were resembling criminals. I escalated to a supervisor who condoned the behavior then blamed it on their AI bot when it never represented as a bot. Then the supervisor refused to escalate me to someone else. I recorded the threats and said Id report them to the *** and *** if they didnt address the issue. Then they stopped replying to my questions because it would only further incriminate them which ironically validated my claim they were criminals and being unethical.Public.com

It was a mistake to open an accounty with Public.com. It is difficult to navigate. The dividend payment settings are not clear. Hard to know if you are reinvesting or taking dividends. I lost my dividends. Public.com would not pay them when I close out my account. I would recommend using a reputable platform like ******* ****.Public.com

The depositing and withdrawing process seems easy. But it's lack of customer support. The online chatting is not helpful. Somethimes it's so hard to find the chatting button. The only support is through emails, but it's not real time communication. I was very frustrated with the service.Public.com

I can't believe they think they can say once you make money and try to make a withdrawal that you can't withdraw unless you send in $20,000 to verify yourself more how is that verification they don't even respond in customer service I don't know how this company is even able to exist this is not right I have over $120,000 they won't let me withdrawPublic.com
