This brokerage lost my money in a transfer and will not take responsibility for it. They thought it better to transfer my money in cash first and then let my investment go into a deep deficit before selling my investment then charging me after. Absolute worst brokerage firmPublic.com

As mentioned in our conversation, you requested a full account transfer via a brokerage transfer. While the transfer was taking place, a trade was placed and the cash needed to fund the trade was transferred before the trade settled, causing the debit balance in your account. As you requested the position was liquidated in order to cover the debit balance.The remaining debit balance was written off and the credit was transferred to your new firm. Deserve -5. absolute worst brokeragew/e ** they claim 2 b. I only used 4 crypto & small amount of AAPL stock. I was just getting into crypto when I found public & the price was so low compared 2 the $40k-$60k days. I own 6 bitcoins, almost $190k ( But doubt I get the $ after all Ive read abt them) DO UR HOMEWORK!!!The average price I paid for the 6 Bitcoin I own is $19k, @ the time of this writing its pushing $25k so seems Im doing ok rite? WRONG!! I was buying low selling high like youre supposed 2 but these big companies dont want u to make $. Anyway 1 day I requested 2 withdraw the $ Ive made which is basically 1 bitcoin. Right when I tried 2 withdraw my $20k from my acct. into the exact same bank acct. it was deposited from, they froze my acct. for 60 days. Now doing my research 2 late I realize they think or are accusing me of day trading, that same article says if ur acct. had more than $25k that rule was ********** had over $100k in my acct.. From what I read online u can do 3 or 4 day trades in a 5 day period. thats ridiculous its ur $ u shld b able 2 buy & sell when u want 2, Its very ironic that they didnt freeze my acct. when I was giving them $ only when I wanted to get MY $ I HAD EARNED! & I needed that $ b/c my mom had cancer and needed help w/ treatment (which they knew) My mom is now dead b/c I couldnt get the $ 2 help her. They asked 4 bank records, ID the usual which they got. somehow wasnt good enough then they would ask 4 something else and something else, nothing was ever good enuff . If you look back 6 Complaints I made a similar complaint b4 my mom died & b4 I found out AFTER THE 1st 60 DAY FREEZE, THEY REVIEW UR ACCT. AGAIN & MITE EXTEND THE FREEZE 60 MORE DAYS!! & every chat u have w/ them on their site they delete it, y?Take screenshots wat are they covering up? FYI their response 2 my last complaint on 7/5 BS, they got all documents requested. THEY KILLED MY MOM BY NOT LETTING ME HAVE MY $ 2 SAVE HER WHEN I NEEDED IT!DISGRACE!Public.com

I found public.com through another application. I hot a free $25 towards stocks and have had good luck so far. The app is very easy to use and full of information about companies and their stocks. I've doubled my investment in 2 weeks and i had to contact customer support because I got a new phone number and the app is ver very secure. The customer service is the best ive experienced in any company over the years. You feel like you are talking to someone you have known for years and they are super responsive 24/7.i like the company so much I actually inquired about working there. This is a great and honest company and i can see them being the new alternative to traditional 401k retirement plans. Thecstock market is a ****** and they don't control the stock market but what they do control i trust them 100% and i say that specifically because i trust nobody but myself and God. I HIGHLY recommend the company and you are completely safe using them.Public.com

If I could give a 0 review I would. If they would give me triple my money back I wouldnt invest with them. If they would pay me triple and give me 33% stock in the company, I wouldnt invest with them. Theyre holding a $160,000 for 60 days for reserving the right for the funds to be held for being considered high risk. They didnt consider my money high risk when I was investing with them, only until I wanted my money back. I only started trading with them in late may but when I learned more about crypto and found out that I could not trade with other wallets I wanted to withdraw my money and invest with a company thats more traditional towards the crypto market if I can even afford it after them putting a hold on my $160,000 for 60 days $160,000+ isnt a small amount of money. They mention activity and my monthly banking statements as reasons as well. The accounts I showed them never had less than $70,000 in them. I invested a lot when crypto was hitting the ****** **** but then it stayed steady for about 3 days around $19,000 so I made no moves, hoping for it to drop so I could possibly buy more or sell because it was high enough to make money. This is on top of not being able to send or receive with other wallets, I just found a better fit and wanted my money back. I provided my ID and last 2 months of bank statements and was told based on my funds and activity my funds are on hold for 60 days for high risk. As I said before it wasnt considered high risk until I asked for my money back and thats why I believe they are holding my money, they dont want to give up my money before they make money off my money. My fear is them becoming another **** or Celsius and losing all of my money so I need my money sooner than 60 days, Id give them 2 weeks at most which is more than generous. I too will be contacting the SEC FTC **** and all other review sites and Im sure most will feel how I feel. Public.com is not a company I suggest doing business with.Public.com

I sold my Crypto I waited 7 business days. I cannot withdraw my money. I get excuses no money. If by 6/22 I cannot withdraw my money I phone the SEC and will post on every ************** about my experiences. If the latter should be necessary, I will stick to the truth and be completely fairPublic.com
