    Horrible experience, They essentially lock your money up once you deposit. I have not received an answer in chat or email in over a week,and thats the only way to get into contact with them.... DO NOT USE PUBLIC. AVOID THE HEADACHE.

We are often able to grant instant buying power, however, instant buying power is dependent on several factors and cannot always be guaranteed. We take our members security very seriously, and we want to ensure that our members' accounts are safe and secure.     ****** broker will put a restriction on your account so you cant pull money out but will let you deposit. No phone number or live representative. Got to email customer services and wait days for a response. Keep emailing the same this with no kinda solution or offer any kind. Find a broker thats worth it these guys ****

    THINK BEFORE YOU SEND FUNDS. If you later have an issue, the only support is via email or chat. What if they do not reply? WOULD YOU FEEL SECURE?I am a seasoned investor. I have been trying to transfer an *** account to ********************** for days. Support has left me dangling. Either no response to my emails or "I will get back to you: and they never do.i AM LUCKY that I have discovered this lack of support prior to sending any funds. Imagine if I had funds there and could not get answers or support. Would my FUNDS be LOCKED?To bad because I was impressed with their platform and was looking forward managing my funds there.

    the app was good at first, but now that I want to withdraw my money, the customer service won't respond to me. I've made thousands in deposits to their high yield savings account, but now that I want to withdraw, they're telling me that I need to verify my bank details. I sent them the necessary documents, and I've heard nothing since, and still cannot withdraw my money. This was two days ago. I've sent them three messages since they requested my documents, none of them have been responded to. I fear that my money is just gone. I don't know what else I can do short of arbitration. Guard yourselves and your money. DO NOT USE PUBLIC!

We require outgoing withdrawals to be withdrawn to a bank account you connect in the app. Due to regulations set forth by the *** and FINRA we are required to verify a bank statement showing you are the owner of that account if were not able to verify via alternative methods. This is a requirement for all members and just needs to be done one time so we can verify your identity and comply with federal Anti-Money Laundering regulations.     My experience with Public.com has been nothing short of horrible. Their communication is nonexistent, and their customer service is a complete failure. They falsely advertise immediate support, but in reality, youll be left waiting indefinitely with no real assistance.Their platform is riddled with technical issues, making it nearly impossible to trade properly. Every time a problem arises, they conveniently have an excuse, yet a quick look into their history shows that these same issues have existed for years. They have failed to fix their platform, and yet they continue operating as if nothing is wrong.The most infuriating part? They wont let me transfer my account, locking me into a broken system that has cost me significant money. Despite repeated attempts to get in touch, Ive received no response, no resolution, and no accountability.This company needs to be held responsible for its misleading claims and the financial harm they cause customers. If youre considering ********************** for **********************, stay far away unless you want to risk your money in an unreliable system with zero support.#PublicFail #FalseAdvertising #TerribleService

    Hello I received an email saying my account is blocked from depositing money.The second account I used is my wife account due to us having multiple banks account I added hers also to the app. Is there another way I can verify because obviously the statement is not going to have my name only my wife names do you need driver license or military identification as proof and our marriage certificate? Please help thanks. This current moment I cannot trade or sell which is costing me money please help me and reach back out. I tried to contact you guys multiple times I have yet to receive any response.I would like to verify and have my account removed from on HOLD. I will be taking legal actions if I dont hear from the Public Team in a timely manner. Due to poor customer service Im considering moving to ********. Please do better with customer service and support.

    I had over $40k in my account that was not able to be withdrawn for over a month. They had me verify my identity with my drivers license many times and send in multiple bank statements to prove the money in my account was mine. After all of that and hundreds of emails, ***** was still unable to unfreeze the account and kept giving me new tasks to complete. He kept telling me new further out timelines and then stopped responding to my emails all together. I finally resorted to threatening legal action citing section 18 of their terms of service. My funds were magically released the same day. I have been investing with Public for almost 4 years. Theyve never had a problem taking money from my bank accounts, but as soon as I wanted to withdraw any of it, it was a nightmare.

    This company's trading platform is designed to keep your funds and not enable you to transfer them out. they automatically renew any treasury bill you bought with them and provide no way to turn it off.they are awful and have no phone customer support.Don't invest through them.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a way to turn this off. To withdraw a Treasury bill at maturity, you can place a sell trade the business day prior to the maturity date, between 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST.

    This is a scam. Dont put your money in here. They try all kinds of tactics to make a ***** ************* When I would buy a stock it would always be 1-2% higher than the actual price and when selling a stock the price that they would give me was always 1-2% lower than the actual price. I checked it several times to make sure I wasnt hallucinating. Now they have locked my account from me being able to withdraw my funds. I got an email that my account was being transferred to a different firm and after ************************************************************************** an answer as to why this has happened. This is ridiculous and illegal.

    They steal your contracts, sell them high, then give you a low quality fill. I was told that I am not allowed to EXIT one of my positions after a certain time of day. Minutes later, they gave me an awful market fill costing me thousands of dollars. Worst brokerage I've ever used. Have never seen a brokerage not allow you to exit your own position. They also don't have stop loss.Use a real brokerage. Stay far away from these people. The only support they have is responding to bad reviews. You won't get a response on the app or website unless you write one.
