  Greg did a great and thorough walkthrough before the estimate, and then the folks from his team did a phenomenal job of executing. Will be using them again (had a single sump pump replaced in January, have other work in mind that was also estimated)

  Greg and his team evaluated the situation and clearly explained what needed to be done. They encapsulated the crawl space in the basement which eliminated a moldy smell and provided a useful storage area. In addition they serviced the sump pump and installed a new dehumidifier. His team was timely and professional. We would recommend them to anyone who has basement issues!

  Excellent quality, clean and neat installation. No hard sell on the system. After completion the wifi unit kept sending power outage messages when the power was still on. Greg came everyday to diagnose and attempt to figure it out. Day 3 and it was discovered the brand new out of the box wifi unit was bad. Greg replaced the unit and the system works flawlessly.

  Greg knew not only his products, but other manufacturers as well. He assessed our situation, offered practical options, and accepted our choices without any hard sell. In addition our plan required plumbing and electrical services which Greg and Nicole arranged in a timely, well coordinated schedule. Our goals were met at an affordable price.   ****** *. They came and evaluated our sub pump. KBS provided a concise estimate of our needs along with a couple of options. Once we made the decision and selected the option we thought best, the installers came precisely as they agreed they would; installed the sub pump and pvc connections. The actual cost was just as they said it would be. The installers explained what they did, demonstrated how quiet it is, and cleaned up so you couldn't tell they had been there. very easy to work with.
