We had Kinetic Basement Solutions install an ******** ************ model **** in our basement. The workers were efficient, easy to schedule, knowledgeable and very helpful. The unit is keeping our basement air at a consistent humidity. Our old humidifier had died and they came quickly to solve the problem and were able to work with our space and install the new humidifier. We also needed a new sump pump and they were able to replace that at a time that worked perfectly for us. Our basement is now cool and dry. We thank Greg and his crew for a job well done.

I got an estimated from another company that was twice as much. I went with Kinetic Basements and it was the best decision I've made. They solved my water problem quickly, professionally and without any issues. The Forman Mark explained the start to finish process and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. A follow up visit by their supervisor to check their work and my satisfaction is old fashion customer service and is why Kinetic Basements is a 5 star company you can count on.Sump Pump Geeks

Kinetic Basement Solutions replaced a 10 year old pump for me in Latham. They were on time and finished the job in a timely and professional manner. I would reccomend them to anyone who has a wet basement!Sump Pump Geeks

Ankle deep water in my basement was a chore to deal with even with a portable submersible pump on hand. I chose Kinetic Basement Solutions, Inc to install a sump pump after receiving 2 other estimates. Gregg sent an itemized estimate via email promptly after he made a visit to my home in Queensbury. Nicole kindly kept me advised about the installation schedule. On the designated installation day, Gregg and his team arrived along with an experienced electrician. The team was very efficient and cleaned up the work area before leaving. I was pleased that the pump is so quiet and that the discharge line, dry well and bubbler were neatly installed in the lawn with minimal disturbance to the turf. I am pleased with the neat installation and the wifi reporting system. **** *Sump Pump Geeks

Water had been getting worse every year in my basement and finally decided it was time for a real solution, rather than spending hours sucking it up with a shop vac. Kinetic installed a sump pump at first which didn't do much, but then came back and put in a full perimeter drain so that the water would travel to the sump pump, which was the solution I needed. Also added vapor barrier on walls, and so far no more water down there! Was great doing business with Greg and his team. Would highly recommend.Sump Pump Geeks
