  Kinectic put in a new French drain, a new sump pump , a dehumidifier and fixed my drywall-ceiling issues in my basement 10 years ago. I have had them back annually since then for maintenance & everything has held up great with no issues. I did have them replace the second sump pump that was already in the basement when it failed. Absolutely no issues and nothing but praise for all the work done and the ongoing maintenance work!

  We had Kinetic Basement Solutions install a new sump pump, new window wells, and burry three gutter lines. From getting the estimate to communicating with the office to the work being performed, everyone was very professional and courteous. The crew that performed the work were on time, answered any questions we had and cleaned up all work areas. I would definitely recommend Kinetic Basement Solutions!

  We had Kinetic Basement Solutions install a sump pump, high water alarm and discharge line on August 7, 2023. Mark arrived on time and started to install the sump pump while Joe went out back and started work on the discharge line. Both of them did the job with utmost professionalism. They explained everything as they went and when them were done, they cleaned up such that there was little trace of their work.
