  I am completely happy with the result- a dry basement after all these years. Greg and his staff are professional, efficient, and knowledgeable ever step of the way (design, installation, clean-up). The design considered all factors to have the best outcome, which ultimately involved replacing an old ***** door, re-grading the south side of the house and installing underground drainage channel, and a complete system in the basement. I was very impressed with how thorough the project was evaluation, and quickly completed. Nicole, the coordinator in the office, is the best customer relationship person I have ever worked with.

  Excellent work. The work was completed in a timely fashion by a knowledgeable, professional, & personable technician named Mark. Business was easy to contact and checked with us after the job was complete. Would not hesitate to recommend Sump Pump Geeks in Clifton Park or use them again for any future jobs.

  From the initial walk-through estimate by Greg, the owner, to the completion of installation and clean-up, the experience was very professional. Everything was explained in detail with accompanying pictures and all questions were fully answered. The work crew was on- time and friendly. Constant communication throughout the entire process by the office manager Nicole. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

  We have been customers of Kinetic Basement for years. They are a great, customer-centric company. We started having serious water problems in a portion of our basement several years ago. We contacted many companies to see what they could do and Kinetic offered the best, most reasonable solution. We previously had an open French drain system without a sump pump, and Kinetic replaced the French drain and sealed off the open drain. They showed up when they said they would and stayed until the job was finished. We haven’t had a drop of water in that part of the basement since. We recently decided we wanted to seal off more of the French drain in other parts of our basement. This time we didn’t need to contact any other company, we already had a relationship with the best. Kinetic again came when they said they would and finished the job in short order. Every one of the crew was wonderful; friendly, polite and professional. I can not say enough good things about Kinetic, from Greg the owner, to Mark who was on site every day during the project, to all the crew members, to Nicole in the office, they are just terrific to work with.   Great company. Excellent communication, they got right back to us after we inquired about a battery back-up sump. They came right out to assess the situation, gave us options, gave us a few estimates, and after we decided on our choice, they installed a few days later. Installation was quick and easy, and how everything will work was explained to us. I wish all home improvement things were as fast and easy as Kinetic Basement made this project.
