    I signed up with this company in good faith...when I put in a claim for a Whirlpool Dryer part the run around began...g=four days later no response from company. When I signed up I did correspond with a manager and...surprise he is not there anymore and haven't hd a call back from his replacement. BEWARE. J

    My washing machine broke; I contacted CYA and had to send pictures, and they immediately denied my claim for a reason I still don't understand. Back-and-forth emails. They agreed to look at it again and denied it again. When I sent an email telling them I no longer wanted the policy and would report to BBB, I received two emails in the middle of the night trying to rectify the situation. My "policy" runs through February 15, 2027. I think they should reimburse me for the remaining time. I want nothing more to do with this company,

    They contacted us about extending a warranty on our fridge. When I looked up the receipt for that appliance, I found that the 5 yr. warranty we purchased from the store had expired a year ago. *** insisted we had renewed it with them for another year at that time. I have no record or credit card charge that would lead me to believe them. We decided we didn't need another policy and if we did, we wouldn't go with CYA.

    We have paid for a warranty and the appliance broke down. Contacted CYA, first to open a claim they charged $150, then they couldn't find an appliance repair service and demanded we find one and pay for the service ourselves?! Nobody is responding or helping. This company is a scam.How can we get our money back and the money for the entire warranty?

    Not impressed. When you pay for product replacement you should nor be treated as rudely as iveas from the beginning if this process. The immediate response I got from this company was unrealistic and rude. Probably will not buy a policy like this but surely never when this company Is the provider

    Do not fall for this scam we pays 1500 to cover all our kitchen appliances and are still within warranty. Dishwasher stopped working and they charged us a 150$ deductible to get someone to come check it out. Repair company figured out it was a water pump that needed replacement and cya took 3 weeks to get back to them to know if they can get approval to do the job. After getting the repair company to hound cya they finally answered saying they will not cover cost of repair and will not replace the unit that the most they can do it give us 250$. Minus the deductible they pretty much cut us 100$ huge scam stay away!! Couldve saved our money and weeks of time and just got a new unit
