  The company is incredibly difficult, nay impossible to get hold of. Their customer service phone number says they are not taking phone calls and emails need to be sent. To date I have sent five emails since Thursday and have not received a response when they say they respond within 24 hours. I paid for the 3,000 program, it took them 5 days to assign me a trainer and they expect me to eat the same meal 4-5 times a week, how does that not burn someone out? The meal plans are not geared towards individuals and are copy and paste, extremely generic. I asked for pescatarian and they sent a meal plan that has 7 days of tofu which is going to burn me out and is not what I signed up for and there were only 3 meals in the seven days that were not tofu. In addition I am breast feeding and asked about their supplements being safe for that and they asked me to look at the supplement page but ingredients aren’t but the trainer said they are not safe.
  Next, they said their cancellation policy is only good for 72 hours if called over the phone but since I purchased online it says their is a 30 day cancellation policy, but they only offered to put my program on hold until I’m done breastfeeding which does not help because I still have to pay back the loan. Also, they said I would need a “doctors note” but haven’t said what needs to be in the doctors note.
  Lastly, the trainer recommended a functional medicine test when I explained the medical issues I’m having which is great and something I haven’t considered. I looked up the test and it’s about $5,000 and the trainer said for best results to do that in conjunction with this program but I can’t afford that. I have decided to do the functional test instead and want to cancel this program due to everything mentioned above. Horrible service. I don’t recommend this company at all.

  Thank you for reaching out, we sincerely apologize for the frustration. With the exception of your most recent email, all of your emails were responded to within 24 hours. Because your most recent email was a refund request on a non-refundable item, we did need to escalate it to our success coordinators. We reached out on 2/7/23 with copies of the documentation provided at the time of onboarding (prior to filling out the questionnaire and being assigned a coach and plan)  as well as options to adjust the program to fit your needs. As this plan was purchased on January 24th, your refund request on February 1st,  in which you write “the coach assigned to me is phenomenal and knowledgeable,” is outside of the 72 hour time frame.  We look forward to your reply to our email so we may continue to move towards resolution within the terms of the product purchased.

  If I could give them a zero I would ! I too was told $57.00., plus 1 supplement for 49.00. They now have charged more than $224.00 on my card!! They even messed these up ! Now I will be paying for two instead of 1. The meal plan was supposed to be free as well. NOPE.. every little thing is extra. All these online exercises are either not included, or are only free for 5 days. Hell, I didn’t even have a diet/exercise plan (which I needed because of a rotator cuff injury). I have tried to call several times, they are never available. I have emailed them every day. I have only “not” been on any plan” for 4 days !! They have never answered my question as to this being just a 90 day program and then fees after that. They never answered me ! All of a sudden this evening , miraculously had all these plans that are supposedly NOT refundable sent to me. All of the excellent reviews on this site are bogus !! THIS IS A SCAM. DO BOT FALL FOR IT. That old saying, If it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is ! Don’t fall for it like I did. (And I know better). I will continue to fight. I have plenty of time on my hands. I fought Lowes’s for 18 months and finally won. I also have access to an attorney. Freakin scammers everywhere !!!! By the way Samantha, I was okay with giving them a chance, until I saw them steal money from me !!! Only 4 days lapsed, and they have $224.00 !!! Damn right I am angry .. I had nothing from them yesterday, nothing but a bunch of **. Now i am supposed to be obligated to pay more !! Ridiculous, criminal and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

  I recommend buying the custom meal plan. Adrian S. is my trainer and he’s great at responding to my questions. In five weeks, I‘ve lost 15lbs just by following the custom meal plan. I’ve had some health issues which have prevented me from doing the exercises. Sometimes the scale doesn’t move much but I’m losing inches and my clothes are fitting better.

  I started V Shred Oct. 31/22, I am down 13 lbs to date. I followed the diet plan which helped me stay in a calorie deficit, and yes I too did not know that each plan was an extra amount. Iziah S helped to keep me motivated as well as tweaked my diet plan as needed. I switched to my own workouts as I have always worked out and like to do strength training to keep me fit and strong. I guess if you are looking to lose weight consistency is key. The weight has gone off slowly and I am hoping it stays off for good. I didn’t use any of the V Shred supplements as I have my own routine that works for me. The company definitely helped however there is always a sales component when ever you watch their videos. After the 90 day plan I am doing it on my own. V Shred did give me a starting place and as the weight comes off it is a big motivator to keep going so I can reach my goal of 20 pounds in total. Thanks again to Iziah S, couldn’t have done it with out you!

  My trainer, Sarah B, is kind and very knowledgeable. She had to modify every exercise she originally sent me because I have a low back and SI joint injury. Sarah did it and I was able to exercise for the first time in five years. The custom meal plans are so easy to follow and made with foods I like. I did challenge Sarah again because I have extreme food allergies, but she came through for me again. She is upbeat and positive in her emails to me. She has answered all my questions. I am losing weight, inches off everywhere, more energy and I sleep better than I have in about 30 years. You gain so much knowledge and understanding of how food affects your body. You get a shopping list, food swap bible, recipes, and so much more. The encouragement is greatly appreciated. Follow the meal plans, eat only until you're full, use the food swap bible, do the exercises and know that you'll get results because your trainer is there to help you. I am so glad I signed up for a personal trainer, it is well worth the investment.

  This program has changed my relationship with food and subsequently my entire life. Dieting for dummies. Balanced meals with snacks on a plan for me to follow. This program has removed my decision fatigue which is a huge barrier for change in the face of emotional upheaval or a demanding day to day job.

  Josh my trainer is amazing. I’ve been stuck for quite some time and with eating 1800 calories a day, I’m down 14lbs in 3 months. I haven’t been this thin since high school. Down from 24% body fat to 20%! I love their burn evolve and burn pm supplements as well. Can’t recommend this enough!

  I am about to begin month #2 on Monday. If it hadn't been for my coach/trainer Kate L., I probably would have given up. We are in contact most of the week, especially if I have questions about swapping proteins etc. I have lost inches instead of weight but we know it's working because as she said, the scale does not give the entire story about what is going on. I know that I needed to cut my eating out due to the amount of sodium in the meals.
  I have tried other plans and have gained all of the weight back. I am confident with Kate's assistance I will make it to my goal. I signed up for a year so I have nothing to lose but weight.

  I’m 3 weeks away from completing R90 program. I’m 53 and I am seeing great results. While some of the exercises are tough I am stronger now than when I started. I also purchase the meal plan and that has been a big reason for my results. It’s not just doing the workouts it’s also following a good meal plan. I plan to do a second round of R90 to continue to work on my body. It’s really a journey and if you are consistent you will see results. By the way the cost of the meal plan and the program is totally worth it .
