  I’m exhausted frustrated overwhelmed anxious and scared. Mentally this company has drained me. I was sold for $57 and $41 pills. I was charged double the amount of $124 and once for $41. I called but systems says one has to email instead to cancel and get refund. I’ve been emailing almost on a daily and still no one gets back. Loads of emails come through trying to get you to buy more products for sure but never from a human being. I have only talked to a trainer who I mentioned canceling to and he too redirected me to the email apologized for not being able to do more. Crying about this mistake is all I can do even when I don’t want to but my body fails me and along with my blood pressure rising and cortisol spiking because of the torment this company is causing me I don’t know I can function to even write this in a decent way. I’m holding on to the hope that someone reaches out and refunds me my money and cancels the account. This company shouldn’t be allowed to continue to put people through this. What’s needed for it to stop? For someone to die? It’s just not good at all. This company needs to be stopped.

  I bought 4 bottles if tumeric black in January 2023. I had an allergic reaction after a couple of weeks, so I returned 3 u sealed bottles and return shipped via FedEx ground, thereby receiving a delivery receipt of 1/19/2023, signed for by Icarter. To date, 2/10/2023, I have not received my full refund. They lie about their return policy. BBB, I rate them as a horrible company.

  I was very interested in this product, however after a very long video (at least an hour) and what seemed like a great price (less than $60), I feel scammed! I got charged almost 3x the price, never got a confirmation email or product links. I reached out to the support email to cancel and ask for a FULL REFUND which they support in the video (60 days, no questions asked) and they didn’t address the overcharge issue and basically told me to check my spam mail (which I already had) and sent me a temporary login (which I’m not accessing. I asked again for a FULL AND IMMEDIATE REFUND and have gotten no response. My next step will be to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware as this company is my definition of a SCAM! They say all the right things, but don’t intend to stand by their promises!!!

  I tried this and it is working. If I am to stick to the program I believe any program does work. I did not like the bombardment of advertisements but I do understand this is how they make their money. This, however, can be easily resolved by opting out through their site. Once I did that ALL of those messages ceased and I was able to regain my inbox. My trainer Zechariah was very fast to respond and always answered my questions. The exercises I tried were actually pretty good. They were very low impact and for the duration of time I did them they actually left me sore a couple of days after. This was very impressive to me as I have gone through extensive 1hr workouts and have not really felt sore the day after so this was a good indicator that these 20-minute exercises were more fine-tuned to actually work more effectively than 1hr workouts. Overall I know that I will lose weight just by exercising alone. I have to change my eating habits otherwise I would have to work more than twice as much to lose the weight I have. If life gets in the way and I am unable to exercise then I know my eating habits will definitely counteract any type of physical activity I might have done in the past. Our bodies will degenerate as we get older and if we simply overdue workouts they may not be as effective and will also take a toll on our bodies. Good nutrition is important so I have to change that and so far this is working. I was not expecting to look like Vince once I was done with the program. I don't care who tells me that I would not have lost enough fat and put on the muscle to get there so I would never be mad or disappointed about that. Overall I am very happy with the program.

  I’m recovering from some health issues and had gained some weight over the last 5 years. I have an understanding of and have lived a health & fitness lifestyle. I needed a meal plan I didn’t have to think up. I needed someone to report to, someone to suggest edits to me without being overbearing and someone I didn’t need to meet at the gym. Everything you receive, and even don’t receive, is self explanatory IF YOU READ what you are accepting or rejecting.
  I have lost 45 pounds since April ‘22. It has been slow but I needed slow for my situation. If I had been ultra disciplined, I know it would be more, but these health issues are setting my pace for the time being. I have not been able to do the workouts as prescribed yet as I am overcoming some long term effects from a specific virus that has heart issues. I’m ever so slowly getting there.
  This program works, there is no bad review out there that can prove it doesn’t work. It follows the actual science of metabolic set point. It isn’t a fad or a trend, it is a scheme either. It requires good old fashioned hard work and discipline. People saying it doesn’t work are stating their shortcuts didn’t work.

  Have completed four weeks of FLE, along with a custom diet plan, as I wanted support around macros that would be appropriate for me. My trainer, Lola W, has been fantastic. Super supportive, tweaks my diet and adjusts my macros as my weight goes down. Have lost 7 pounds so far. I already had a weight routine at the gym, but this has been helpful to add in the HIIT exercises. Am going to try a custom training program for a month to see what comes of that.
