      I requested to postpone my Elite program but I was not allowed to. I can't get my money back and still have to pay the monthly fees. There is no way to talk to a live person or get any response regarding my program.
      "Due to the custom nature of these products purchase is non-refundable except as required by law."
      What does that mean except as required by law?

      I bought the plan and the custom nutrition Plan. They sent me 7 days of a menu to follow. When I asked, I was told that I would have to eat the same meals for a month. When I went to switch it after one month, they told me that I would have to buy another plan. I was led to believe the plan was for 90 days.
      My Trainer left the company, and I was talking to someone else there that said they should have been changing the meals each week. He also said that they don't have enough staff to properly deal with all of the customers. I was told to email support, and have had no response in 24 hours. Again, I contacted someone else there and they said their support has so many people contacting them that they cant keep up. I will give them another day. I feel like I have been scammed.

      I received a email through the BBB from V Shred. You are correct I did not respond to the email because I called your company and spoke with Hunter. He told me to contact support and texted me the link. I copied what I sent to support, from who I got no response since March 13th. I will wait to hear something again.

      I submitted a request to cancel my order and refund because I changed my mind. I haven’t heard back accept for the product was shipped. The tracking information is not valid which leads me to believe that I’ve been scammed! I can’t even remove my credit card info from the account and am worried more charges are to come.

      I purchased the product online and never received it on top of being charged MORE than quoted. Despite repeated emails to them requesting a refund after no responses they ‘agreed’ in an email to refund the money but never did. Now I’m back to getting no response from them.

      I purchased an Elite Program with them on March 7, 2023 at 2:47pm, after signing up for a free Metabolic Rate assessment. Hours later, I regretted the choice and contacted them through e-mail on March 8, 2023 at 7:17 a.m. I requested a full refund to my credit card for the absence amount of $5,359.28. The automatic e-mail said they would contact me within 24 hours. I have not heard from them or received a copy of the receipt showing the entire refund to my card. I have not opened, or participated, nor submitted their questionnaire in order to start the program. I have had no contact with anyone other than the individual selling their products. Who I called directly ( Also on March 8, 2023, 7:14am) to let him know I regretted the transaction and that I cannot afford this and that this cost will put me in financial hardship. I truly regret this transaction and I am very upset and concerned that I have not heard from them or seen a reversal of these charges. I am not interested in doing any kind of business with them and I do not want any monthly payment plan. I want a full refund. What a scam! They take your money so quickly but do not respond or act responsible to a fair request. I have not received nor gained anything but sleepless nights and so much anxiety.

As stated in our terms and service, the Custom Diet Plans are non-refundable, however, since you were within the 72 hour window allotted for refund requests and we want to do all we can to make sure our clients are satisfied with their experience, we made the exception to honor your request. We have issued a full refund on 3/14, which will post on your end within 5-10 business days. We have also sent a confirmation email.

      We apologize again for any frustration you are feeling and any inconvenience this has caused you.       March 10, 2023 Still no response. I sent another e-mail. Entire day passes still no response.
      March 11, 2023 I called my credit card company and explained the situation. What a pleasant experience. They were happy I called and they were interested in helping me with my request for a refund. I also filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
      March 14, 2023 I received my first response from VShred via email. After three more emails, a refund my granted to me.
      March 28, 2023 my credit card company confirmed the refund.
      I feel that it was only because of my credit card company contacting VShred on my behalf and a filed public complaint, that I even received a response.

      So far I haven’t seen huge improvements in my body but I know things take time. The program has been easy to follow. The coach I have (I pay a monthly fee for this service) is very attentive and gives good feedback on my diet. One thing to know if exercise is only a small portion of the journey. Diet is the hardest and most important part. We will see where it takes me and if I need to readjust after 90 days.

      I absolutely LOVE this program! My trainer, Claire A., has helped me so much, is encouraging, and always responds to my communications.
      After surviving breast cancer, my body was beaten and broken. I am not able to do much with my arms, yet, so Claire provided exercise modifications which are fantastic! I really enjoy the FLE exercise program. Who can't give themselves 18 minutes of self-care?
      Following chemotherapy, I had remained nauseous, for three years. Claire showed me that I needed to eat more calories; I had been starving myself because I was nauseous, so I didn't eat. I am eating more and my nausea has gone away completely! I am also sleeping!
      The food recipes are easy and quick. If I don't like a meal, I just tell Claire and she will change it. I have food allergies and she is respectful of that and doesn't send meals with those ingredients. The food is not expensive, we're saving money at the grocery store.
      You can't complain until you have followed the process completely. If you make your own adjustments without including your trainer, you most likely won't succeed.

      I have attempted to reach customer service and requested my refund for a service. I haven’t not used it and they responded if I wanted a refund. I stated yes and now no response from a person named Jenifer. This was 3/3/23 and no response since. I emailed the coach and Adam as well to make him aware of this. All I want is my refund. This is a scam! Don’t waste your money. You won’t get the support you need.

      The program is complicated and not customized. Same meal plan month after month and was advised to use another app to track my food as well as pick my own supplements which should be customized and also paying for distasteful icon meals

The meal plan you were provided with had several different recipes to try. You can also swap out any protein, fat, or carb with the substitution of your choice. You also have unlimited changes you can request as well. Regarding the supplements, you do get to choose which ones you would like, with suggestions from your trainer on which would fit you the best. We greatly appreciate all our customers' feedback and will do our best to improve wherever possible. I see we have escalated this to our success coordinators already, and they will continue to assist.
