      I am so excited that I stumbled across this program! I have been struggling to loose weight that has crept on in the last 7 years since having my babies. My trainer Lili is so amazing! She responds to my emails almost immediately, even on weekends and evenings. She keeps me accountable and has been great at customizing my meal plan to my tastes! My husband also purchased the same plan and Lili even matched up our meals! She also gives me small tips and goals each week! Can’t say enough good things about Lili! I purchased the silver customized monthly meal plan. I have completed 1 month and I’m down 15.6lbs!! Along with the custom meal plan, I am doing the Female Fat Loss Extreme from the App 3 days/week.

      This program is worth every penny! I am seeing real results in just a short time and looking forward to the end of my 90-day journey. The workout video’s are amazing - they feel like a one-on-one training session. My coach Lee is super amazing - she responds to me right away and answers all of my questions in a super friendly way! I am so happy I joined!

      Working with Ryan H has been a positive experience. Very supportive and approachable when I had questions and concerns. I just completed the FLE program and enjoyed the meal plan and sticking to better eating habits. Having been dealing with chronic pain from past injuries, Ryan found alternative exercises in order for me to continue achieving results. I’m staying on with him now for a custom meal and training plan and looking forward to working with him again.

      I ordered and was charged for extra items I didn’t order. $144. There is no customer service phone number to get refunded. They just send you automated emails trying to sell you more stuff! I want my money back!

      I am sure the program works for some, and Coach Nick was great. I would like to warn everyone that is thinking about it or has older adult parents thinking about it to be very very careful. They will fast talk and before you know it you will be on the hook for a $2k training program that may not work for you, but because you might have missed 1 of 189 emails they sent you are on the hook. I used the program for roughly 20 days, realized it wasn't for me, and am on the hook for $2k because of the predatory sales strategy. This is my opinion, but I've been told "they" reviewed the zoom call and they think I knew what was happening. Again, please be very cautious because their strategy works, it's push push and I buckled without thinking. I bought supplements and a training program to start, that when the onslaught of emails and text began, they got my attention and it sounded ok, then the zoom calls started, now I'm out $2k for something that just doesn't work for me. PLEASE BE CAREFUL and don't get stuck like me.

      March 8th I signed up for what I thought was the simple plan for 59.00 with a supplement for an additional 49.00. I look at my bank account on March 9th and the company took out 124.00, 195.00 and 49.00!!! I emailed March 9th no response, March 10th no response. Called their 888 number just to hear a recording that they offer no customer service. Sent another email March 13th asking for a complete refund. I haven’t even logged into my vshred account! There has been not even a response that they received my email!! This is a full money back guarantee for any reason with no customer support, no response emails. However my inbox is flooded daily with sales pitches but nothing about my refund request. This is a complete scam with no way to contact!!!

      I ordered the diet and exercise program with supplements on 2/12/23. On 3/5/23, I emailed customer service asking to cancel the supplements and return them and receive a refund per the advertised money back guarantee. I also asked to return the "custom" diet plan as it was not custom and contained several of the food items I requested to not be included on my diet plan assessment. I asked to cancel the monthly subscription that I don't even know it's for. More than 5 days later I received a response offering to discount the supplements if I want to keep them. On 03/10/23, I replied I wanted to return the supplements again on and have yet to receive a response. there was no mention in the email about the other items I wanted to cancel and/or return. Now, on 03/14/23, I received an email notification that another order of supplements is being shipped when I have already requested to cancel and am trying to return the first order. The email notification says to call their 800 number if you have questions or concerns. I called the number and a recording says Vshred is not offering phone customer support and to contact them via email. I am so frustrated with this company They have the worst, practically nonexistent customer support I have ever experienced. A couple of weeks ago this company's BBB grade was extremely poor, now I see their grade has been brought up and all the negative reviews have been buried by a bunch of "fake" positive reviews. Perhaps the customer support is busy leaving reviews to attempt to undo their own damage instead of helping the customers.
