I paid this company and was assigned a coach via email. The coach and I exchanged a couple emails to try to dial in my diet. After expressing I eat a very steady diet of the same thing and that the grocery list they gave me was way too complicated. As a person with am attention disorder, there was no help tailored to my diet needs. A few month went by and my life got hectic and I never received help. Well, a week or 2 ago I received a call from vshred and I explained my issue. They set up a video call with a new coach. I set aside 30 minutes of my busy day to get on a call. 15 minutes went by as I sat on the call waiting for the coach to arrive. After 30 mins I hung up extremely frustrated. I sent an email to the coach assigned and received an email back saying thanks for "joining the call." I NEVER HAD THE CALL!!! I was left there alone. I decided to reach out to the live chat who promised me that a customer service agent woukd reach out... well, they never did. I went back on the live chat 3 times! Same response, "we're sorry for the miscommunication, someone will reach out in 24 hours." Guess what happened? Nobody reached out... I felt like this was a bad episode of punked except Ashton Kutcher never came out and my money was taken ..V Shred, LLC

We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide to our valued customers. In an effort to make things right, we have refunded the Custom Plan as well as the 90-day plan. However, we have kept access to the 90-day plan open should you choose to continue with the program. We genuinely hope this demonstrates our commitment to resolving the situation and regaining trust. We apologize once again for the frustration and disappointment caused and sincerely appreciate the opportunity to make amends.

I bought the VIP package w personal training and discovered quickly there was nothing personal about it. I complained and was assigned a new coach who again did not once check in on me except to offer to give me some supplements which I gladly accepted. And I do enjoy the workout videos. The problem is that what I paid for, I did not receive with the VIPCoaching and VShred is taking peoples money in this manner over and over again and it should be considered fraud, a scam or whatever you want to call it. I feel the need to hit the social media outlets and warn others because from what I’ve read and experienced they are not going to refund me my money so here we go!V Shred, LLC

I am beyond frustrated. When I first signed up and bought toned in 90 for $49, that was great. However, I signed up for the Accelerator Plus program last spring. When I was on the call, the sales person was vague enough about what specifically was included, but made promises about what would be an amazing program and said that it included a guarantee. As soon as I got the program, I realized that I had been duped. I reached out immediately, requesting a refund when I saw that the program was really no different than the $49 program and the accelerator plus program cost about $2000. They refused to refund my money, even though I had just gotten the program. I had no choice but to try the program. As I had thought, there was nothing different about it other than they sent supplements. I did not need or want the supplements. The custom program was not custom at all and the jump in price from $49 to $2000 and the lack of difference in the program is absolutely inexcusable and shocking. I do not understand how they are allowed to continue to market this program. And the satisfaction guarantee is complete BS. They refuse to refund money. Please do not fall for their clever sales pitch as I did. I am still paying for the program 10 months later and am so angry about it.V Shred, LLC

This has been the most seamless and almost effortless workout program and product that I've ever come across and I do not mean effortless in the sense that effort will not be required because it will but effortless in the sense that the level of excitement this program generates makes everything feel way easier than it ever has! I started with Anna ******** and then I was transitioned to Dave ********* 2 weeks into the program. They have both been absolutely fantastic to work with. The transition was initially a little rocky however upon reaching out Dave responded very promptly and was very apologetic about it all! I love how honest they are. I love the encouragement they have provided. I am excited to continue this journey with the help of the nutritionist and fitness side of this program. I do need to lose weight however my ultimate goal is not about the weight but it is about becoming healthy. I am in my early 40's and this is when health generally starts to decline and all the bad habits catch up to us. Mine bloodwork is starting to trend in the wrong direction and is completely reversible prior to any adverse health effects so I am trying to truly get in front of it now! I truly appreciate all the work that they put in to help us and guide us in the right direction!V Shred, LLC

Losing weight has always been difficult for me (male, 50’s) and through V-Shred, I discovered that I just wasn’t eating enough (who’d have thought - but seriously that’s not a good diet). So now I have a V-Shred trainer who listens, checks in and has my goals in mind while steering my way - a trainer to help keep me on track and answer questions on any challenge in the journey. I have not had any hard sales pitches (which usually turns me away from any service very quickly) although I use a couple of their products and do like them. I am not yet at my target weight but the journey continues and I intend it to be on it with my V-Shred trainer.V Shred, LLC

I purchased the Ripped in 90 days with the Burnout 2.0 and Burnout PM supplements. I was also given a coach, Jordan, That assisted me with the meal prep and guidance on my workout plan as well. She has been instrumental in educating and motivating me to achieve my goals. I am very pleased with her efforts and assistance. More importantly I feel like she has equipped me so that I can do this on my own and stick to it.V Shred, LLC
