Both my wife and I signed up for a personal trainer. They assigned Matthew ****** to us and I have to say that he has been absolutely amazing to work with. He has been extremely responsive to each of us since day one and has provided excellent guidance through our journey. He is positive, motivating, and has our best interest in mind. Five stars for my coach, Amanda B. She’s the best! She has responded to all my emails quickly, personably, and compassionately.
Five stars for the fat loss extreme program. Worth what you pay for 3 month access.
Two stars for the supplements side of the business. Didn’t realize that ordering a bottle of supplements automatically signed me up for a subscription on that supplement. Wasn’t notified I’d been billed again. Only realized it when I got the email that the order had shipped. Reached out to cancel the supplement subscription and was told my custom diet plan was also cancelled and there was nothing they could do about it. Had to reach out to my coach to get everything back in track.

My coach, Brittany, is the best. She is responsive and helpful. She inspires, motivates and keeps me accountable. She customizes my eating plan to my vegan diet and she customizes my workout plan for my level of fitness. I keep telling her she can never leave now. I have referred a couple of my diet buddies to VShred as well. This is the first plan that has worked for me.V Shred, LLC

I'm only a few weeks in, and still trying to get things dialed in as far as diet and exercise, but I gotta say I plan to stick with it as long as possible and that's entirely because of my coach Stacey P. I wasn't sure we would mesh because her before and after pics she shared with me, she hasn't faced the kind of weight issues I'm having, I wasn't sure if she would "get it" But she's fantastic, and exactly what I need to keep trying. She's not just trying to sell product, she will give me recommendations on equipment, recipes, and just genuinely will celebrate my wins, even if I don't. I may not succeed at this program, but it won't be because of Stacey.V Shred, LLC

Very detailed oriented company with knowledgeable staff! Their trainer was very responsive and created a full meal plan and their expectations before we started. Their trainer would check in with me every week to hold me accountable and ensure that I was meeting my daily goals. Overall the program was very easy to follow and the meal plans and preparation was not too difficult. I have seen positive results in the 1st three weeks and very happy. Don’t kid yourself, this program will require hard work, dedication, and your willingness to make a lifestyle change for the better. I tried all kinds of diet plans, pills etc and this one was the only ones that really worked. Thank you VShred and thank you Stacey (my awesome trainer)!V Shred, LLC
