  I bought the Clean Bulk program with custom meal plan. My coach, Marcus K, has been great. I have a lot of dietary restrictions, so the personalization is super helpful. Also, I love not having to figure out my own workout routine: vshred already did. I’m learning a lot and seeing great results after 3 weeks. Would totally recommend it to anyone looking for guidance. Also, so far the supplements I’ve tried are amazing. They’re not required, but I’m in my 40s so I wanted the extra boost. Plus they run specials all the time, so it’s really economical (compared to other things I’ve used in the past). Overall, I’m happy with my experience and excited to keep going. My only complaint, but it’s minor, is that my email is constantly blowing up with automated upsell marketing. Then again, what company doesn’t do that today??? I just sort through and pick what I want to keep or trash.

  Mike ******* was my VShred Trainer when I first started. He was quick to respond to my questions and I felt supported in this new journey! Highly recommend. I love the VShred program. I am currently doing the women’s weight loss extreme program at home and it has changed my life. I’ve lost 30 pounds and am excited to continue. I enjoy having a nutrition plan to follow. I don’t have to think about what I’m going to eat, I’m able to meal prep and it’s helping me get to my weight loss goal.

  My coach, Keri S, is a Godsend. I am thrilled to say that after a few short months, my clothes are fitting wonderfully, I have learned a whole new way of eating, and my friends are noticing and giving me wonderful compliments. I saw a dear friend the other day after several weeks doing the custom meal plan and the MOVE workouts, and the first thing she said was “you are glowing”! The workouts are challenging and so fun because Vince is so down to earth, so motivating, a bit silly at times which is endearing, and bonus is he’s easy on the eyes so watching the exact execution of moves is enjoyable. lol. Have to give a shout out to a young successful man who has obviously worked extremely hard to be where he is. Back to my beautiful coach inside and out, Keri S. I am preparing to move out of the country and her encouragement and motivation to reach my goal beforehand is outstanding. I will be keeping her as my coach after my move because she is willing to work with my local foods to design new meal plans! Not only is she my coach, but I now consider her a friend. I have recommended Vshred to all my friends. Like anything in life, you must put the hard work in to be successful. If you follow the work outs and the meal plan and don’t see results, I would be very surprised. Thank you Keri S and Vince for your motivation to bring health and fitness to a world that is lacking. Your purpose in life is evident, and a life with purpose is a life well lived ????

  My coach Amber P is awesome! She made my custom meal plan based on the food I like to eat and kept off what I don’t like. She even revised it for me when I was wasn’t too excited about one meal and she swapped it with a different one. She does weekly check-ins and has answers any questions I have. The exercise program is easy to follow and there’s even a Facebook live masterclass to help get you started. Lot of help available and I excited to continue my journey??

  Amber was great! She was encouraging and gave me a lot of information. I didn't purchase additional months because, frankly, the diet she sent me initially is working. I also found the HIIT exercises fit into my life so well I'm just going to create my own workout routine to continue. I thought I had purchased 90 days, but I guess I just got a month. That initial sign up process was confusing. I also ordered the Burn supplement and used for a month and it had no affect on me. I'm down 18 pounds so far and I'm grateful for Amber!

  I loved the ease of connecting with a Coach during the first month of my VSHRED Program. The weekly check-ins and emails provided the support I needed to stay on track. Any questions or challenges were addressed to ensure that the plan was meeting my needs. I thought I signed up for 90 day challenge and misunderstood that the menu plan and Move work out schedule was only for the first month. For these reasons, month 2 and 3 I will be continuing on my path without the Coaches. I hope after 3 months I will be able to reach out to share my success of hitting my goal.

  Coach Brady has been great, always is very encouraging, checks in with me several times during the week, flexible to adjust meals and workouts when asked or needed. He always responds quickly whenever I message him. Brady seems to be genuine, just a good guy. I also had Coach Cooper for a few days at the very beginning, very personable, thumbs up for him as well.
