  This program worked great for me. My coach, Jena, was patient with my questions and helping me understand how macros work. I lost the weight I wanted and learned how to maintain it. In addition, the exercise program really put me on the track for muscle strength and development. I'm able to do things now that I've not been able to for many years. I continue to work the program with excellent results! Thank you all from VShred!

  I am starting my 3rd month on the diet plan and Amanda has been wonderful. Answering my questions in a timely manner and providing a lot of valuable information. I am very pleased. I am eating a lot healthier and a lot more food than I could have imagined and successfully losing weight the right way. I will continue this journey to get to my desired goal weight.   I have been working with coach Lee ****. She is the best! She is very knowledgeable and helpful!! She made my meal plan and has been very helpful in updating it on foods I didn’t care for. I am 65 years old and have tried alot of different so called diets but I feel like this program and working with Lee is now my lifestyle change. I love her recipes and food ideas and the fact I can substitute if needed. I also feel I can talk to Lee as a friend ?? I also love the exercises with Vince, it helps me doing the workouts at home with Vince pushing you along the way. I am very pleased, I would recommend Lee **** to everyone needing a coach and meal plan!!!

  I really like the exercise program, but I bought the trainer package for the meal plan and assistance with getting started only to have my trainer leave the company 2 weeks in. A supervisor took over from there, but it was obvious that he had a lot on his plate and we didn't have any repport. He offered no suggestions or help other than to say he could sign me up for more "coaching" at a discounted price. I really wanted to modify my diet plan further, but wasn't comfortable doing it with him since we didn't start off together and i didn't think he'd know what me and my original trainer had gone over already. I also bought the Fat Burner Stack and found out I couldn't take the Burn PM because it had melatonin in it. I could use the Burn 2.0 and LOVE the Turmeric Black so I didn't return it, I just stopped the subscription, which was super simple. I just contacted them and chose the closest reason for why i wanted it canceled and it was handled within 24 hours. I'm currently waiting on my 6 pack shipment of the Turmeric, which does take a while to arrive. Ordering can be confusing because the link on the app and website take you to Amazon instead of the V Shred website where you can use your discount code from your trainer.

  Hard time accessing programs I've purchased and supplements are always running behind I've ran out every month even though I'm on a monthly subscription. Told that I needed a personal trainer to be able to complete my wight loss goals how my diet amd workout programs I purchased wouldn't work during the zoom call amd told that I needed to spend 3000 to 5000 dollars to successfully reach my goals. With my own personal trainer .
