      They flat out stole my money, I spent 45 mins waiting for a ******* to connect on my test day it was all problems. When I tried to request another test date or a refund CS said that my system wasn't compatible and that I was made aware before the test and my refund request just got ignored. $200 down the drain. Look elsewhere.

      This would have been a five star review, however, I have to take the entire praxis core again. On March 9, 2024 I took the Praxis Core Combined at home. All went well until I attempted the writing portion of the exam. Unfortunately, the writing portion had a glitch of some sort and I couldn't answer any questions. :( So ******** tried to fix it and couldn't. They recommended that I contact ETS for a reschedule of the exam. I was thinking I would only have to retake the writing portion because it was the only portion I did not complete. I contacted ETS through emailing the **** and a few other higher *** in the company. I received an email from an employee within 7 hours and by 2:30 p.m. I had a voucher to take the test again. After confirming by phone that I will need to take the test in its entirety. However, I do not have to pay for it again and I was able to reschedule it for this coming Saturday instead of waiting the required 28 days for retake violation. I had read so many very negative reviews about the customer **********************, but that was not the experience that I had. I was very kind in the email to the higher *** and remained kind throughout my communications with ETS.

      This company is absolutely terrible. They have absolutely no concern whatsoever for human beings. It is an absolute sham that the entire country relies on this testing service. I had no link to get into my test, I called them immediately, was bounced around from tech person to tech person with a 5 minute hold each time and then suddenly had my test canceled on my. Now they won't reschedule the test unless I pay for it without a days long review. As if I have nothing else to do with my life than just wait around for them to do whatever they please. They provide no customer ********************** whatsoever. I was told I would get a call back in 30 minutes, it's now been well over 2 hours with nothing from them. Positively hideous company to work for and my entire future and career is dependent on them. I wish I could give zero stars they have done nothing to even earn one.

      I am beyond upset! ETS Praxis is a scam. I was scheduled to take two PRAXIS exams for my graduate degree "at home." I did my part to make sure I was ready and at my computer with plenty of time, performed the system check, and all that. I was never able to even attempt to start the **** or **** exams scheduled for Feb 12th and Feb 16th. I was on the phone with tech support for 3 hours on Feb 12th from 10am-1pm and finally they said, "We have exhausted all efforts to resolve your is***." Praxis is refusing to refund or reschedule me. If I had money I would *** this company, and I am telling my university of this terrible treatment.

      These people are scam, they know exactly how much the students need to go to the next steps, they deliberately fail them so that they can keep writing even thou the candidate did well, terrible practice, hope someone looks into these scammers, it's high time these people should be put in jail for playing with candidates feelings to fill their coffers.

      PSI is terrible at cancelling your real estate exam even when you have life emergencies. Hope they are investigated.

      A horrible scam. I booked my ONLINE test for the wrong day and was charged 40 dollars to reschedule it. This is literally them changing a number in their database, and I had to pay 40 dollars. They have a government granted monopoly on these tests, and will charge you for everything.

      I did my GRE test at home all on my own, but the score is under review right now! I have waited for a long time for the official score to come out and have already missed several graduate school application deadlines(1.15) Im upset and frustrated right now because of the missed deadlines. ETS is not good enough in providing testing services, generally speaking. And this is an extremely unsatisfactory experience for me.

      This business has a long history of scamming people out of their money. The fact that I'm even calling this a business is generous, I had to take the Praxis exam to get my teaching license through this "business", I took it at a testing center in February of last year and I'm 7 points off from passing. Not too bad, so I studied hard and headed back to said testing center in April... only to be told that the "proxy cache" was not working properly and the ETS lady gave me and a few other takers a number to call to get it rescheduled at no cost to us. So I got through to someone only to be told that they would investigate it and send me a reschedule link, I received nothing. Keep in mind, I'm a senior student teaching while this is going on (graduated now) and I need to get my certification to graduate. Luckily, my university had a waiver form for me to sign so I could still walk and get my degree. Anyway, all this to say... I never got a chance to take it and no reschedule link was sent, basically ETS screwed up and I got to suffer for it. I tried to schedule an at-home exam but I couldn't cause of the "28 day period" like the system lied and said I tested in April when I did not. ETS is so shady, fraudulent and all around has bad business practices. Luckily, I took and passed the exam in June and got my certification in July. But I should never have been in this position to begin with. If ETS would just follow through with what they say rather than keeping us testers in the dark, I'd be more inclined to trust their judgement. Another test taking business really needs to jump in and take some of this scam artist's revenue away, this "business" should be shut down.

      Terrible, money driven company. They score you low to force you to pay for additional tests. They offer no score appeals, even for sections graded by humans. They make you pay additional fees for retakes or even just to have somebody review the score with you. Terrible company and a shame schools force this upon students.
