  I cancelled the auto extended warrany in Oct 2021. ideal auto protect promised to refund my money on the pro-rated basis in about 14 days. Its been more than a year and still havent received any. The company has ignored all the phone calls/emails/voice mails. The claim specialist was *************** and *************************.

  I am notifying on the behalf of a client that has ideal extended warranty. The client and myself got written and verbal approval to proceed with a repair. After 4 weeks post completion I, the dealership, have not received the payment for the approved repair. This is an embarrassment to extended warranties and to the automotive industry as a whole.

  Ideal is a complete scam. Went to the dealer ordered special OEM partsonce parts arrived, they wanted to use aftermarket parts. They know dealers dont install aftermarket parts. Waste of time on everyones end. Ive had many issuesnever use them!!!! Scammmmmmmm.

  I agree with so many of the other reviews on here. Scam artists. Bate an switch. I've had 2 pay for 2 repairs out of pocket. Dealer called, and was advised no coverage. I requested to cancel with a prorated refund. Advised they don't do this. I was advised when I sold one car and bought another, the balance of the warranty would transfer to the new car. They've paid NOTHING out and have provided NO coverage. I should be entitled to at least a prorated refund.

  Complete Fraud. Stay away. They do not honor warranty claims and provide illegitimate reasons for denial. They then refuse to answer email or respond to voicemails.

  ******************************************* and the ideal auto are all scam. I can prove it with documents, conversations, emails and even the shop that fix my car can back me up with the claim. Elite+ group my a** they don't want to process claims period. They take you money then forget about you because they don't even keep records of their scammed costumers.

  rip off, the company promises to cover the cost on their website but when I called to have my heater core replaced they said that they would only cover only 289 dollars which was not what they said on the advertisement. It said that they will cover the cost not part of it. Also the other part that connects to the heater core which is **** dollars and they said that they would not cover it. This a scam if you said on your advertisement that you would cover and say nothing on what you would cover on percentage. This is a rip off. I would not want these guys sell you a car warranty to you guys.

  Absolute SCAM!!! I had this contract for 2 years and never had a claim. About 1 month before my contract was up, I had a car issue. Took my car into the dealership and they contacted IDEAL. Ideal tried to say my coverage was only 65% labor coverage. When i questioned where that statement was in my contract, they could not tell me or prove this. They denied full labor coverage and stated they would "Send the part" I asked them the brand of part, as i did not want a cheap ***** aftermarket part on my Maserati, I was assured it would be a Genuine part. I was told the part would be at the dealer in 3 days. 2 WEEKS later, a cheap aftermarket "Made In *****" part arrived. The dealership and my attempts to contact them went unanswered. They would not respond to emails, voicemails or even answer the phones. So here i am. over 50 DAYS of my care being in the shop, It is still not repaired and they have cut off any and all contact with me and the dealership. BIG TIME SCAM! This business should be shut down! Upon much research, I found out there is a cease and desist order on them from the ********** insurance commission. They are not licensed and even legally allowed to be selling these contracts in **********!! I feel ROBBED.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY

  I am requesting a full refund of $4,971.00 from Ideal Protect ********************* at ********************************************************************************************** the claims rep: ********************* has not fulfilled his obligations under the terms of the contract. This is a fraudulent company. And are the worst people working for this company. They promised me to cover $4,971.00 for the repairs. They said they'd ship the parts to the repair shop but didn't work because obviously no shop accepts third party parts. Then they promised me to get the repairs done and reimburse my money, when the time came they denied reimbursement and stated the repairs are not covered. They also stopped responding to emails when I asked them to cancel the warranty and reimburse the balance on prorated basis. DON'T TRUST: ******************* sales rep and ********************* claims rep they are thieves and are stealing money everyday.

  ************************* and *** are the worst people working in this company. They promised me to cover $2500 for the repair. They said theyd ship the parts to the repair shop but didnt work because obviously no shop accepts third party parts. Then they promised me to get the repairs done and reimburse the money, when the time came they denied reimbursement and stated the repairs are not covered. I have the entire email chain. They also stopped responding to emails when I asked them to cancel the warranty and reimburse the balance on prorated basis. They are stealing money.
