    Ideal has taken money from and now stating that Ive paid a different amount Im asking for my funds back because I know longer want to be an customer to this company **** will not give me an number to there corporate I am a very dissatisfied customer **** from the company sent me over a receipt stating the balance that Ive paid now lying saying I paid less

    IDeal Auto Protect is a Fraud. Stay Away. They just want your money. Big scammers!! I was authorized for repairs on a vehicle on March 5 of 2021 and provided a claim number. I was asked to wait for payment for a few days. Now it is July 13 of 2022 and still no payment. They have given me every excuse under the sun to NOT pay the ****. Send this, send that, provide a payment authorization form. seems that EVERYONE is ALWAYS out of the office I did. I Was promised to receive my payment within 14 to 28 days. We are now in July of 2022, still no payment. I been getting nothing but excuses of why I have not received my refund. I called well over 40 times and was speaking to *********************. When I called customer service and ask to speak to another manager, I got the same person. *********************. He was the claim manager, the customer service department person and the managerial department person. When I ask ********************* if I could speak to someone else above him, and absolutely not. I'm tired of his excuses and promises. He was just stringing me along. He started getting rude. This company needs to be exposed!! I will be reporting them to BBB and try to do whatever I can to stop them from scamming others.
