    Poorest excuse for a home warranty company I have ever dealt with! Have filed 2 claims so far. Ended up replacing my $1000.00+ dishwasher for the first one with $200.00 from company. Waited and waited for response for an electrical problem for the 2nd claim. Had to call and call. Finally was sent information on an electrical company to call and arrange service. Turned out that company does not have a contract with the warranty company. Called home warranty company again and waited. Finally ended up hiring someone on my own. Had to fight home warranty company to obtain a partial reimbursement for this. Was told in late April to expect a reimbursement check but it would take 2 months. It is now July and no check received. Called again today and learned it will take another month. I canceled my service with them. Had a 3 year plan already paid for and have only used 13 months per the company. Paid $1000.00 or so for it. Have been told by company that I will receive less than $100.00 prorated return if I canceled it. Canceled anyway. They aren't meeting my needs in a home warranty service. Good riddance!!

    Two claims filed on January 5 and April 30, 2022 have been approved but I have not received any money as of this date. I have contacted the company in ******, ** and am told the same every time that the claims have been sent to issued. I have been told that it would ***********-8 weeks for checks to be issued but this has been 6 months for the first claim and two months for second.This company owes me two checks in amounts of $300.00 each. They are quick to take my money for the policy and service fees but do not issue any claim checks. I have contacted them every month since March and still nothing.

    Worst customer service ever! They assign contractors that are not in the area and refuse to service my area. Had no heat for 2 weeks due to no help from warranty. Had to pay put of pocket for repairs and could not get any resolution from company. Tried again for water heater and same lies and awful service! Contractor not in my area and contracted my own but of course no call backs or anything. Once you call in they give you the same lies stating that they have been calling and yet no missed calls or messages left. Worst company ever and refuses to refund policy or cover anything !!!!!!!!!!

    Very bad service. Instead of repairing my furance, they offered money. This was ******** now it is already July, HAVE NOT RECEIVED the payment for the offered money. I followed with them almost every 2 weeks after April. During each call, my name got added to a "special priority list for payment", and still waiting for the check. During last call, the supervisor offered to convert the amount into "their" gift certificate which is another way to evade the payment. Will be submitting 'complaint' to BBB.

    This is by far the worst Home Warranty ever. I called Service Plus Home Warranty on June 7, 2022 because my stove is leaking gas. Luckily, the gas company turned off the gas that same day. The gas company said I need a plumber to come fix the gas leaks. In the meantime, I can not use the stove. To make a long story short, I waited two weeks for a technician from ************************** to miss the day he was suppose to fix the gas leaks. I called Service plus Home Warranty again to ask for a different technician. Service plus Home Warranty assign the same technician and said the guy apologize **** times he will call me back before the day end. I called the technician back that same day. He rescheduled for the next weekend July 2, 2022 in the morning.I called the technician that weekend he responded and said that Service Plus Home Warranty close the claim. I called Service Plus Home Warranty that same day and ask why they close it the representative said we sending out a new technician because the previous technician didnt come out. By this time I am tired of waiting and really frustrated. To make matters worse the holiday is on Monday, July 4, 2022. Poor service, just terrible. Then this company still taking my deductible every month on time though. At this point I need a refund or a discount.

    This is THE worst warranty company. Please make sure you are doing your research before signing up with this company. On 06-13-22 I requested service because my refrigerator stopped working. it took at least 5 days to send a technician out to diagnose the issue. at that time the technician informed me my compressor need to be replaced. I asked him how he determined it is the compressor not a freon leak. he stated it's not a freon leak but he can't check that because he didn't have the equipment to check but he was certain it was the compressor. A week later I received an email from ServicePluse stating that my fridge isn't covered because the issue is a freon leak. I informed them that the technician didn't even have the equipment to check how can he determine it was a freon leak? they stated they are going to stick with his diagnostic and I need to pay $500 if I want to repair my fridge. when I asked to cancel my contract and refund my money they stated they can only refund $400 out of $1900.00!!! I need my money back.

    I don't know what else needs to be said after reading the reviews. This company has no morals. The employees should be ashamed of working with this company. I paid **** for this home warranty. The refrigerator broke, and they could not provide a tech. The tech I found charged 402 for the repairs but this company will only pay for 200 dollars if it. The excuse they used was that their tech would have only cost 200. The part alone was 146 dollars. Please leave a bad review anywhere you can.

    They take your money and they do not fulfill claims. It took six months of them lying to me telling me they would reimburse me for my claim $340 and they never did.

    This company is a scam. I called to make a service request, it took 4 days for someone to come out. even though their policy said 48 hours. The mechanic came out because we had 4 days of heat over 100 degrees are ac went out. The mechanic came out said the compressor went out but the unit was well mantained. ServicePlus declined the claim saying it was pre-existing. had to speak to ********************************* a claim manager, she was I rude didn't want to hear anything I had to say. told me it was pre-existing. Then I went to cancel my policy and they told me that I have to wait at least 2 months to get anything approved because in the first two months everything is considered pre-existing.
