    I would like to give them minus 5 stars if possible. This company is just a bunch of scammers. The warranty the have is not worth the paper it is printed on. They give great service when they write up the warranty and sell it to you. They *** offer lower price and then lock you in multiple years of contract for which you have to pay up front. Once the have your money, all you get from them is ************ Anytime, there is an issue they will say either it is not covered and come with some stupid excuse.If you are luck they *** *** say, we will pay you the money and send you a check in few weeks. You can just keep on waiting for the check. After that if you call them 30 times, each time they say that the check is mailed by the billing department and you should get it in a week. Same story over and over again.The worst thing is that if you can cancel the contract and we lost $7800, they will say we will only refund a small amount. But even that one you can keep on waiting and keep on calling them. Each time they say that is is processed but the check will be mailed next week. Or the deposit to your account will happen in a week. Guess what! You can keep waiting and keep calling all you get a lip service. These guys are big scammers. I wish they burn in h*** They really steal money from home owners. Beware of this! I don't wish my worst enemy to go over these issues that we went over

    The customer service is horrible was speaking negative about me to another person did not mute the call the bank representative heard the entire conversation the contract was canceled yet I was still getting drafted from my bank account the company Total Protect was sold to Service Plus someway my information was cross up I did not need two home warranty policies especially since I have had problems with Total Protect in the past

    i spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get my claim resolved. a tech came for my refrigerator and had to order a part through SecurityPlus. when i checked status i was told the part was on backorder. the reality was SecurityPlus never ordered my part. i called ******* personally and their certified vendor had the part in stock. it was a nightmare and several requests for escalation did reveal that they never ordered the part. they claimed the repair *** was to order part but the repair *** sent me a screenshot where they reqd the part be ordered thru SecurityPlus portal. The numerous phone calls were each a nightmare and it was obvious they did not care. i want out of my contract. can i get help with getting out of my contract with this company that is not legitimate? i see the Attorney General in ** sued this company.....I'm considering contacting my Attorney General.

    They have technicians run out to your house to collect the service fee than can't find someone to actually repair the appliances. I've been waiting for a payout for my dishwasher for 5 months. Now I have a garbage disposal that has been waiting to be fixed for 2 weeks, but they collected the service fee though! **************** reps have no phone numbers for any other department and they can only send escalations and hope for a response!!

    Dont confuse this company with ************************* Plus This company Service Plus Home Warranty is the worst ever.Lied to me numerous times.First they said my Air Condtioner A coil was a pre existing condition that started in May ********************** May 2022 They admitted it was a clerical mistake The policy states you can not get reimbursement for work started without a authorization number.You call and they make excuses why they cant give you authorization number They put you on hold for an hour and transfer you from one department to the next testing your patience and still wont give you authorization number to start Repair. This is a confusingly similar name for their company breaking all business law rules I have studied DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND LETS ALL START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM

    If I could give a ZERO, I would. I was with Total home warranty and Service Plus bought them out. Since they have taken over I've had nothing done in a timely manner. Furnace stopped working. Since it wasn't working the water from the humidifier created standing water (took 1 month for a service tech to be sent). Since there is water present, it voids out the furnace. May 9th,2022 water heater died, leaking. Took over 2 months to get someone here, Again it was water and it was NOT covered. When they have to send you back money. Forget it. First time it took 9 months and numerious calls. I've been waiting for my most recent check since Nov. it is now mid July... DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY

    They don't deserve any stars at all. I've been paying them since January it is now July have made two claims June 20th two different plans. I had three plans with them and June 20th I had a heat and air conditioning system to go out at a rental property and my dishwasher at my home. I put in claims for both of them and it is now July 15th and neither claim is satisfied. I ended up having to call my own service person to have the air conditioner fixed on the 27th of June. Still waiting on my reimbursement that I had to pay out of pocket. I'm being told it will take 30 to 60 days for the reimbursement. We will see! As for my dishwasher the part cannot be found and it has to be replaced. I paid $799 for it just over one year ago. The dishwasher has been upgraded to a newer model and service Plus offered me $400 to buy out my claim. They said their contract said they will repair, replace, or buy out the appliance to satisfy the claim at their discretion. I cannot buy another dishwasher for $400 nowhere. This is the worst company in the world.They even offered to give me free service with no monthly charges for I think 8 months. I asked him did he think I was crazy they didn't have any service to offer from the start with that I had already paid for for 12 plus months. I am not satisfied and I do want my replacement dishwasher. What can I do about this fraudulent company? I wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money. If you hear the name service Plus warranty run as fast as you can the other way. Red flag! Red flag! Red flag! Only to give him one sorry because at least that is required.

    They dont even deserve 1 ?? I have submitted a claim for a dryer on 6/21 and it is 7/14. I still do not have a dryer. It took over 3 days before a technician was even assigned and that required me to call several times. It was over a week before a technician even came out. It took him 5 min to replace a fuse. He didnt diagnose why the fuse blew which caused us to ruin a second load of clothes, blow the fuse again, and about set out house on fire. It has been over 2 weeks waiting on 5 parts that he had to order, even though the tech didnt come back to diagnose why the fuse blew again. Service Plus is telling me to call the technician and that cant do anything

    This company is a total nightmare to work with. Please don't give them your money or business. the whole reason to purchase a home warranty is for peace of mind that your home and family are covered should something happen. They could care less. They want only your money and keep it. I have had to do their job every time I had an issue. They would tell me they can't find a repairman in my area, they couldn't locate parts, etc. Honestly on 3 repairs(dryer, microwave,&refrigerator) I had to make several calls to find repairmen, parts,etc. It has been the most stressful experience of my life trying to work with a company. The current problem is we have a high end refrigerator and they refused to fix it and only offered us $700 to replace it. You can't buy a cheap one for that price. I was told I have the best complete coverage to replace appliances if needed. I paid $3,600 for complete coverage for 5 yrs. They ok'd only $700 in January2022 and it is the middle of July-7 months and I still don't have my money!! I'm retired and I need my money that they have promised. I call this theft and robbery. I have never seen a more callous company. I've told my story repeatedly to all levels in the company and they could care less!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves! People have choices and they don't deserve to be treated like this. Especially from a company that is supposed to protect you in your time of need.
