    Contractors beware! This company will not pay you for your services, nor answer your emails or phone calls, but they will keep sending you emails about jobs they want you to take on for them. They send you out on a service call to take photos and diagnose the problem, and then tell you that the necessary repair/replacement is not covered by the warranty. Unfortunately, we worked for them on three separate occasions and have never been paid for any of them. I would give zero stars if I could.

    Sorry I signed up with them. Denied six claims so far. Definitely fraudulent. Needs to be reported for poor service for the money. Rude agents who are trained not to pay claims! Raised the policy amount without my knowledge.

    Thee WORST Service Ever!!!! Fustrated I have been waiting for a reimbursement check for over 4 months now. I have called 100 times with the same answer. It's being processed. I have to wait 6-8 weeks......... WELL it's been more then 6-8weeks! Customer serivice manager was no help at all. She told me the same thing ...... It's being process. RIDICULOUS!!!! Not sure what to do. Who can help at this point. Something has to be done here!!!!

    this place like to take advance of the working people that try to have some warranty for their home and suppose get a discount if you join them. They are full of c*** and is a shame they are getting away with all these crazy things they are doing. Someone needs to stop them. I join them in 2023 and my first emergency they never show up. I had a busted pipe that was under my warranty and had water all over the bathroom pipe. Service Plus never show up. I had to call a ****** from outside and was charge a lot of money because it was and emergency. I call the company, and they told me sorry, and we will reimburse you. 2 years after I'm still waiting. They would not even answer me back. Now on 2024 I did not notice that they took it upon themself to renew my Warranty and charge my credit card without me giving them my permission. So, I noticed this charge for the past 9 months that I could not understand what it was about until i did took time and did a search on what that money was going into. Come to find out they were doing this for this month. Try to call the office and they never respond my calls. This Service Plus is nothing, but gaggers and I hope that people learn from our mistake. All they care is about taken your money and h*** about your emergency. I hope everyone that was taken for a ride do something to them, so they don't get away ever again. you work hard for your money and here comes the warranty **** and want to take your money without giving you the service. for 9 months they took my money. I will not stop until I get my money back and they suffer and lose their customer. Please everyone paid attention on the deal that they are trying to give you before you join in. They are all talked and no action. They are no good for nothing. Dont let them get away with all the sweet words that they offer you.

    Stay away from this company. When you speak to sales, they go on and on about various home systems and appliances that are covered. But in reality almost nothing is covered. Also, they have a clause in the contract which does not allow you to cancel. Read the fine print. There are many exceptions that are not covered.

    After signing up and completing my initial period, around 15 days into the 30-day ***** I found I needed to file a claim. I was informed that this required a virtual call, so I scheduled one and paid a $75 service fee. However, they subsequently closed my case, claiming it was a pre-existing issue, which was not the case. They continued to bill me without providing the necessary service. When I inquired about canceling my membership, I was told that it was not possible. The employee stated that there was no one else I could speak to and that he was the only point of contact. I believe this situation is unfair, especially regarding their advertising practices. Customers should not be billed without receiving adequate service. I should have been informed that they could not assist me during the virtual call with the technician. This is the second time I've experienced this issue, and I feel it needs to be addressed. Their agreements with clients should be re-evaluated and modified. I feel that my money has been wasted.

    I am beyond ****** off with the extremely poor service that we received from Service Plus. I had an Oven breakdown I contacted Service Plus formerly Total Home Warranty a Video Technician stated that the Oven was not repairable and two days later the *** stated that they wood refund $300.00 on June 17th as they also stated the check would arrive SIX to EIGHT WEEKS well it is September 22nd and after ten calls to Service Plus there is still no resolution in sight as the run around continues with customer relations department. They never offer a remedy other than they will escalate the request to the ********************* as the so call floor supervisor/manager never solves the issue. We purchased our agreement under the guise of Total Home Warranty which was brought out by Service Plus. We have had a total of maybe three calls in four years to include the most recent call. ******** service on a six year agreement. A zero star is the appropriate rating not one star.

    Total scam company. Ive been trying to cancel them since **** got told twice by 2 different people that my account was cancelled. July I got charged again. Only then did they tell me oh we cant cancel your account until you complete your term in August. Your final payment will be in August and then the account will be cancelled. Here it is SEPTEMBER and another payment came out and not only that they took it upon themselves to renew my policy for a whole nother year! I didnt sign anything or agree to another year. Im currently waiting on the manager to call me back and refund me and cancel my policy. Currently worried theyre gonna try and tell me I cant once a new policy has started. A policy I never agreed to. A policy also that had its rate go up also without any warnings or agreements

    Poor service. I have been waiting for a reimbursement check for over 3 months. I have called 6 times with the same answer. It's being processed. They can't find technicians to make repairs. The repair companies refuse to do any work for Service Plus because they don't receive payment in a reasonable time. So you have to find a repair company and pay and put in for reimbursement. And is the same thing. I would not do any business with this company

    Service plus home warranty has denied my air conditioning claim with an elderly man when we live in *******!! *******f degrees on cloudy days. These people denied my claim due to rust and corrosion on a 40 yr old unit. In my opinion I do not believe you should purchase this warranty through these people because I feel that it is a scam we have been paying this warranty for **** 2 years and God denied think before you spend your money with these people thank you. I'm only picking one star because there is nowhere that you can pick 0 stars
