      Verizon has some of the worst/unknowledgeable representatives Ive ever dealt with!Not only do they keep trying to double charge for services I havent used, but cant figure how to simply get me back into my account after they have deleted my online account and cancelled my ****** services, after upgrading my WiFi Router. I dont have access to any of my streaming services because of their error, and then they want me to wait to receive a verification code in the mail?!! Who does that!! Im contemplating terminating my service. I just want my account fixed! Im very unpleased right now. Verizon should definitely work on training their technicians on troubleshooting minor issues, that their representatives disturbed in the first place.

      We have had a downed cable line in our yard for 2 weeks. Each time we call, we get a ticket number and are told to call back if a technician doesnt show up in 3 days. Were now on call 4 and ticket number 3 because Verizon cant seem to figure out how to attach our ticket to our address. This is extremely frustrating and we are extremely disappointed with Verizons lack of communication.

      So I had to get off my university verizon account since im currently not a full time enrolled student or alum and so i had to switch the account to a personal account and then they told me to change my plan and upgrade i had to go in person so i went to the nearest store down here (which is an hour and some change away) and while i was in the store on monday they flagged my account for fraud since im in ******* and it had a michigan address and shut the phones off despite them scanning my ID, they said it was the system and i had to go to a corporate location so thursday i went to the nearest corporate store (over an 1.5 hour away) they put me on the phone with customer service who emailed me links to send in verification and i did that twice, the first time the *** said my old data bill would work and then they said that doesnt work and the next lady i talked to said submit my voters registration so i had my clerk email me a pdf form of my government issued voters registration. i submitted that along with my passport and drivers license. i called back and they said the application was cancelled again and that theres nothing they could do. ive been on so many calls through with verizon through a wifi calling app and no one can help, and ive even been hung up on or transferred to a non existent line that ends the call. me and my little sister are on this plan. we are all each other has and if something goes wrong we need to be able to contact each other especially since i work out of state. verizon has not only made false fraud allegations but has also put us through very much emotional distress. if i could give negative stars and a law suit-i would.

      I wanted to switch my service from verizon at the ********** store. I went in paid off my phone them knowing I was switching my service failed to tell me my phone would lock if I didn't have service through them for 2 months after purchasing the phone. I am currently without a phone because of this. It should be mandatory they let you know your phone will lock immediately after paying it off if trying to switch service. Instead the lady looked me in the face and said its unlocked. I do a lot of work from my phone so im not sure how this will impact me because it's the weekend, but this is a huge problem. I believe this was done deliberately because they were upset I was switching service, with the amount people rely on their phone this should be illegal.

      Ive been with Verizon for 7 years and Ive never had so many issues like what Ive been experiencing the last 3 months. These issues have cost me a great deal in overdraft fees. Since March Ive been waiting for a credit of $270 because I was lied to and told I wouldnt have to pay disconnection fees or pay for my iPad but could make payments. I was trying to cut them with my bill because I was having some financial difficulties, but instead Verizon kept overcharging me and not crediting me. Each time I called back only got apologies with promises to resolve the issue, but no resolutions. This month my bank account was deducted twice to close to $600 in one day, but I was told I would get the money back in 5 to 7 business days put me more behind in debt. Each time I call the *** would notate how many times they see that Ive called but again there will be only apologies in no resolution. This is probably been the worst experience Ive ever had especially since my phone bill has been more than any bill in my house.

      After struggling with a Verizon Representative for 45 minutes to understand the process and replace a phone, we said thank you and used the website. The representative followed the classic script reading customer service representative training and didn't answer our question(s). A suboptimal experience (i.e., just pay us the $$$'s). At least we know the lobby $'s are going to the benefit of the businesses. The choice was made to pick-up the phone at the local Verizon store. We received a meaningful text that the phone was ready for pick-up.I stopped in at the store, 2 agents helping copy phone data looking at the screen. One agent was describing her child's birth experience including having her uterus cleaned out (seriously?). No one made eye contact or offered "we'll be with you shortly", nothing. I left, it was around lunch maybe they were hangry and having a few bad moments.

      These theives stole 164$ from my uncle who lives on a monthly income and is now shutting off their service after telling him that he will be receiving a refund that never comes they know they messed up yet they're not sending the money back to my uncle like they had promised

      Verizon should stop using ***** to ship their products. ***** tracking is the worst! Verizon should upgrade to the shipping ******************* system that ****** uses.

      Worst company I ever made the mistake of joining. If I could give negative 0 star I would. They are expecting me to pay extra money from system errors on their end. They lie about everything,never keep what they say they will do. Have to fight about my bill and their dreadful autopay system every month. If you get them you will regret it!!!

      My service for work is terrible almost non-existent. I tried to contact someone and I just get a loop on the app before it shuts down or freezes up. Chat doesn't work. I don't have much of a choice but to switch carriers for y whole family and for my work. Unbelievable.
