Was told that promotion in January would give us 1400 in gift cards for 2 phones. It's now June and no gift cards received. The people at Verizon store screwed this all up and now I'm out *********************************************** January. ******** customer service as well.

Subject: Misleading Door-to-Door Sales Tactics by Verizon Representative Im filing a complaint regarding a Verizon sales ***resentative who came to my door on 05/20/25. The *** told me they just needed to check if I was eligible for a discountbut during the conversation, they began guiding me into signing up for Verizon services I had no intention of purchasing.Their approach was confusing and felt deliberately misleading. I was led to believe this was just an eligibility check, but I later realized I was very close to unknowingly placing an order. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.I had previously considered switching from Spectrum to Verizon, but after this incident, that will never happen. Verizon has completely lost my trust due to these deceptive sales tactics.Sincerely,

The worst wireless company on record. Im a senior on a budget! They made me sign a 3 year contract, they keep adding activation fees to my bill, my bill changes every month, I cancelled the bundles and they still raised my payment! My phone, tablet, & watch was free! I paid $1400 up front and am supposed to recoup the $1400 in 3 years! Their liers! Im going to the Attorney General and I encourage everyone else to do the same!

I was a verizon customer for 12+ years before then switched to T-Mobile some 7 years back due to cost for the family of 4. Just came back to Verizon some 6 months back and I regret it. They hardly have any 5G coverge and even simple web page does not load in LTE forget about streaming. They don't have any customer service to call but chat only support and you get response back every 20 minutes or so. So for a simple resolution you have to chat for hours if any resoultion you get at all. The call drop is everyday phenomena. Some ******************************* service and was costly due the reliable service. They are still costly but service is worst now. Now they are doing business with contract only with discounted phone offers else they will go out of business. I switched back for discounted phone offer but now stuck with them for 3 years.

No customer service, inappropriate charges, over 20 hours wasted on trying to resolve issues with Verizon wireless.

Worst customer service on the face of the earth. They should be charged criminally for wasting people's time with their stupid robots who can't understand plain English and REFUSE to let you speak with a live human. Avoid at all costs. Find a service provider that actually cares about their customers and respects them enough to let them speak to customer service ***** I will be changing my provider as soon as possible after being a customer for more than 10 years. I encourage anyone who reads this to do the same. I hope they go out of business. Long shot, but one can dream.

Verizon has let telemarketers steal number that are clients number to be used for fraudulent activities. And telling there customers there's nothing we can do will getting money from both parties.

So today I tired getting a iphone 16 pro from gionna a Verizon employee. 05/17/2025 around 7pm I was told that I only have an available finance limit of $800 dollars and for a iPhone 16 thats priced $829 dollars I would have to put down a mandatory $400 because the phone is over the finance limit and the company wants $400 mandatory, and that all Verizon stores will be the same .So I said what if I get a phone under the $800 finance limit she said I would have to pay $0 today , which was the iPhone 15 priced at $729 . So of course the iPhone 15 is on back order so I agreed to pay the $400 dollars she repeatedly asked did I have a credit card to pay it with over 4x which was unprofessional and predjuduce.Once we agreed we was getting the iPhone 16 and I was paying $400 down I asked to see the screen , the total finance limit on the screen said $1000. After I told her I witness that she said it went up when she processed it . So I said if its $1000 no and the phone is $829 why do I have to pay $400 she said thats what Verizon wants . It just doesnt make since , and very unprofessional. After we had words about her lying she then called her boyfriend over Im guessing to intimidate date me lol. I asked for her names she refused several times . Her manager ******* then was on speaker , I asked him why is his employee lying and being rude, he then said she has the right to turn down customers . The worse encounter Ive ever had in a phone store !

I'm unsure which out of state location for this customer service/ billing but my ******* are on it together with me as an added ******** just give him the ****** deals with them generally.we seemed to never have issues & been customers for a long time too, then suddenly,in April & may 2025,our service got abruptly cut off without warning, other than tons of unfamiliar #'s calling,so neither of us bother with it.But still, abruptly,on the weekends, shut off, msgs later, saying Verizon & to call,so in April,I diddn't get too alarmed as I knew it's a tighter month for dad,**** he needed to use $ on other bills,so I paid the min balance $170. to be turned back on in 15 min & get a text, instead a text saying I must pay the full amount $300 something,so I paid that too, after few hrs,the next day,on,he called them, they said the bill would go down to $93 after this, then a little over a week later,on this weekend,it was off again, them demanding $468.28 & there's no way to reach a *** when trying to hit different selections I could think of,no words, except a few that work for other things with this voice payment system so I paid thus too & got the payment info down to have this looked into!My dad's dealing with the rest on Monday. We sense fraud by them & last month,he made a payment too,so Verizon was paid 3 x last month & 1 chunk this month! He said he's on a verge of changing companies & being rid of verizon!

Dont do business with Verizon. The moment you port your number over to a different carrier, they lock you out of your account, and do not allow you to see the final detailed bill. Im curious as to whether this is fraudulent.
