      They eaised my bill , after a couple of months , even though I had a 3 year contrac with them , and raised it again before the 3 years were up , the signal hasn't been near as good as the first contract I signed with them . Lots of places without service , not like before . I'm going somewhere else as soon as this phone gives up !

      Kept using service, called, got text messaging to talk with customer service, after 30 minutes got someone to help, she did diagnostics and said I needed a new Sim card which was free. Well, she said we would still be on chat once I restarted my phone, yeah right. Went to Verizon store, waited in line 1 hour 10 minutes. The Service *** called **************** because the new Sim card didn't worth and I was charged for. **************** told their own Service *** she needed to go to a Verizon Store, she informed them she was the Store, long story short after 2 hours someone in **************** was able to help. If ********************** Stores don't like dealing with their own ****************, why should the customers be subjected to ****************? Making me think when it is time to get a new phone, find another carrier.

      They started billing me for extras until I caught them and then they said I would get a credit, but never did and continued to bill me for extras that I canceled over the phone and no credit. They lie and cheat!

      We switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. The Verizon Rep ***** us a price per month, we had him repeat it twice. We had our phones for 1 day and our bill is twice the amount he told us. To h*** with these smart phones, bring back the landlines for everyone..

      The service with Verizon Wireless is HORRIBLE! I was a Verizon customer for over 11 years but due to the fact that my old router kept losing internet service, I was advised to swith to wireless. When I received my equipment and called Verizon Wireless to connect the service, I was transferred numerous times, hung up on, and spoke with people that had no clue I received my new wireless phone equipment. After being on the phone OVER 2 HOURS, I finally hung up and figured out on my own how to activate my service through the app. Then I had the same issues with Verizon Wireless ************* No one found me in the system, so I was without home phone service for days. I decided to go back to the regular Verizon service for my home phone and the representative let me know that the Wireless department NEVER activated my home phone service. This Verizon representative was professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. NOTE: The Verizon Wireless representatives need to be retrained on how to do the business they were hired for. This is the first time dealing with a company that I had to file a complaint. They don't deserve the one star I gave them...everything about them is NEGATIVE!!!

      37 years as a Verizon customer until the last 2 years. 45 min wait times for support, customer support from India is worthless, billing for services I didnt ask for. In fact they would remove the incorrect service but add it back in a month. Over charging customers. I tried everything even calling corporate who didnt care and rude. I called Consumer Cellular, immediately got someone on the phone and now pay 2/3 less than Verizon. Whoever is running Verizon needs to be fired. I you want to be overcharged, billed for services you didnt order, sit on hold for an hour, and be treated with disrespect than call Verizon. Verizon needs to learn that customer service is important and treating their customers with respect goes a long way to retaining customers. Stay away from this company! Im so happy that I changed.

      Verizon is a Corporate Predator, no better word. They lie, they are fraudulent, and they take advantage of their customers. They have scammed my family into signing multiple contracts to get us to pay more and increase their profits.We have been with Verizon for 4 years and have never been offered a deal or lower price. I have had a contract with them for 5 members. After 2 of the members passed away, instead of decreasing the bill for the removed lines, they increased each of the remaining lines. Which did not change the balance, but instead, increased the price of the remaining members. They do not care about their customers. I'm leaving ********************** as soon as I can, this company shouldn't exist.

      Verizon customer service *****. ********************** only does thier customer service over the phone. Very unprofessional. I end up speaking to 5 different agents that get me nowhere. The day I bought my service a real person helped me but after that the real customer service part is over. It's frustrating to deal with after them locking you in a 3 year contract with very bad customer service. I should of stayed with *********. Verizon is a waste of my money and time.
