I was recently a patient with Mindpath Health and it started off great. But my Psychiatrist was very robot-like and cold. She also refused to refill my prescriptions until I got my bloodwork done. Lady, regardless I still have epilepsy, ptsd and anxiety and I need the medication. What is wrong with you?? I could of got more care from a cardboard box. However this is not what my review is for or why I canceled. I finally had enough when they charged me $70 for the second time for rescheduling my appointment. I have to go to work sometimes with short notice and my appointment is on mondays so I called on Saturday night and left a message to reschedule. And was still charged the fee! That was in October and I cancelled right after. Then just a few days ago, (Nov 14), a $50 charge shows up on my bank statement. So I call and they say its for the same missed appointment. Naturally i told them that I was already charged but they told me that I told me that someone higher up would have to make that decision. What?? You stole money from me and now you might give it back??? Do not trust this company. If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

No denying that I could use some therapy. Have adult ADD and the attention span of a flea. Missed the appointment, covers by insurance. The missed appointment fee is 60 freaking dollars. The never ending bills prompted me, finally to call and make a payment arrangement as I had the impression that the arrangement would be reasonable. Their only response was to pay $50. If I could of paid the $59, Whats ten more bucks?!!?? That is NOT a payment arrangement. That fee is RIDICULOUS. As are their judgmental and arrogant staff. Thanks for the ADDED stress, anxiety and a further reluctance to seek therapy having an experience like this.

A few years ago I was a patient of a company that Mindpath took over. At that time I received a message that they do not take Social Security so I didn't go back. Recently I received both text and email communication that I needed to update my information in their system. I have no intention of using them. They had a data breach that probably exposed my personal information including my Social Security number. I called to have my information removed since I was never a patient there. They refused saying they legally have to keep it for 7 years. Didn't they have a legal responsibility to protect my data. I think this company is all about them and making money not really interested in helping people.

Out of the blue I receive an unsolicited email telling me to fill out my information.. I have never heard of or done business with this company - no explanation about the company or why I was being asked to fill in my information. Not only very sensitive information about my self as well as insurance and credit card number. After looking into the company I will NOT be entering any information. I receive almost daily texts asking for the information.

I am writing to express my disappointment with Mindpath Health's approach to patient care in the case of my mother, who has been a patient of the same clinician for over a decade. My mother is in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease and has a considerable hand tremor. She no longer drives and is largely homebound, and access to her provider via telehealth is very helpful. However, her cognitive issues and tremor are providing increasing challenges, and she has difficulty answering or placing calls. This came to our attention when Mindpath began billing us for no-shows. We immediately started working to mitigate the situation and put remediations in place, but many of the options (like having the provider call on her "grandpad" which requires a pre-defined phone number and moving the appointment time to when an attendant would be there) were not possible or did not get consistently implemented. Our biggest concern is that Mindpath did not escalate or proactively address this situation. When we had a billing issue, we received multiple phone calls to get the situation resolved. However, the same level of attention was not provided for the no-shows.We recognize the challenges that Mindpath faces (both from a revenue and patient load management perspective), but we believe that they should be waive the no-show fees while we are actively working to put a remediation plan in place.

The staff at the location on ********** in ********** is AWFUL. They are extremely rude, god forbid you return your doctors call and they have to lift a finger to take down a note. My doctor had mentioned if I was still having sleeping problems to call the office and shed prescribe an antihistamine. So I called the office and the first girl was nice and put a note to my doctor to call me back. I missed the call back so called the office and the next girl V was huffing and puffing the whole time, being condescending and sarcastic. Huffed really hard and asked what meds I was refusing to take. Um, Im trying to get a medication. Then said I needed to make an appointment. I told her I already have an appointment but my doctor said to call her in the meantime about my sleep. And the voice message she just left said I could call. The receptionist scoffed and said she said that? She really said you could call her back? in a lecturing tone, like I was lying. So I said well, I have the voicemail. She then asked in an accusatory tone again what medications I was refusing and what medication was I wanting, as though I was drug seeking for narcotics. When I said all I wanted was the simple antihistamine the doctor mentioned, but I couldnt remember the name, she calmed down. It was only after all that that she agreed to type a quick note to the doctor. Like why all the teeth pulling and fuss? Even if I was narcotic seeking, leave it to the doctor to handle, you are a receptionist. These people are in no way fit to have customer service jobs.

Just to be clear, I only left one star because it would not let me give ZERO STARS. Mindpath is the worst place to go for any mental health services. While my dr was AMAZING, working with this company on billing and getting insurance situated is basically giving me a mental breakdown. Please, do yourself a favor and do not use this company. So disappointing because the dr I was see was the first dr who actually listened and heard you.

Not able to get a response for my clinical questions AND now have to deal with trying to find someone who will answer my calls and provide me answers to why I'm charged $560 for the visit when I was told that my insurance is in-network. 1. I uploaded my insurance and informed them that the insurance would be valid on 7/1/23. On 6/30/23, they told me that my insurance wasn't valid yet. I again explained that the insurance would be valid on 7/1/23. The representative took down the member ID, group ID, insurance phone number, and valid date; and stated that it is updated on the account. On 7/7/23, I received another call that they need to update the insurance. None of that prior information was put into my chart. I repeated the info; and asked for an email to send the card information and asked her to confirm receipt, which she did. She also confirmed that the card showed it is valid 7/1/23, and that MindPath Health is in network with my insurance. I heard nothing until a few days after my appointment when my credit card was charged $200. I called the billing department, who stated that my insurance card is on file and they are running my insurance. She would keep a close eye and call me back next week with an update. Today 7/20/23, I haven't received a call from billing, but instead get an email and mail that I owe an additional $360.2. IN ADDITION, I haven't gotten any answers to my clinical questions. During my appointment, the doctor told that I would need some testing done, and that another team would contact me with more information. I was sent a generic outdated message that listed centers that were located in ****** and those that were closed. I sent a message back to clarify what kind of testing is needed, and if this would be out of pocket - no response. I called the 877 number and was told to contact the front desk. I called the front desk and left a message, and I also emailed them. It's been 10 days and 3 attempted messages, and no response.

I received a text that said I had an appointment with Mindpath, yet I have never been a patient. I tried to call to see why this is, if Im going to be charged, how I can cancel an appointment I never made, and I havent been able to get a hold of anyone using three different numbers and emails. If Im charged (how did they even get my information?), I will be livid.

Impossible to reach, Ive had appointments randomly canceled with no notice and been left without refills for my medication, Ive been billed for visits that never happened, billed seemingly random amounts far exceeding what my out of pocket payments are supposed to be, billed extra some months for services that I didnt receive. Im supposed to have the same medication management appointments quarterly, theyve been E-appointments that have never exceeded 30 minutes with an out of pocket expense of about $90 but for some reason for a few months Im being billed more than $500 for the same appointments, and none of the bills are ever the same. Trying to figure things out through their billing department, but Im not too optimistic; I feel like Im probably going to get sent to collections before anything gets resolved. This business feels more like a scam than mental healthcare.
