      In June of 2022 I was referred to Mindpath for the family counselling through my insurance company. My husband and I wanted to talk to someone about our alcoholic daughter and how to deal with her. I called them up and the first time they could see my husband and I was Aug 29. Aug 11 my daughter died. We were so looking forward to talking to someone. I keep on getting text messages that our meeting was going to start and that our therapist was just finishing up with someone else. After 10 minutes from when our session was supposed to start we called and found out that therapist had “double booked” and we had to make another appointment. They told me that they did not know how we got an appointment with that therapist since she was not seeing new patents. I cried for the first time since our daughter died. We took the first appointment with another provided on Sept 16. About 3 hours before our session on Sept 16 I get a call form Mindpath that they paired us up with the wrong therapist and that they would have to cancel. The first time they could see us now was now Oct 17. I explained that I have been trying to see someone since April and this is the second appointment they cancelled on us and that we really need to talk to someone since our daughter die. The person on the other end of the line refused to do anything. It seems to me that if Mindpath messed up twice they should be about to do something. They have 4 location near us in Durham and dozens of provided. We were asking for tele counselling. If I could give the negative 100 stars I would they are totally uncaring and incompetent.

      This company on July 11 took 300$ out of my account claiming I didn’t have insurance on June 15th… while they refunded me 178$ two weeks later.. ******* is the MOST NASTIEST person I’ve ever had the terrible honor of speaking with after she told me to prove I had insurance, she proceeded to hang up on me the following week when I question why my 178 refund was canceled. Mind you this is all for my MENTAL HEALTH!! I also got to the point where I couldn’t get refills because of this… This company also kept the remaining money owed to me to go toward my JULY 29 appointment. Meanwhile they still owe me 17$. ***** ******* sent me a False confirmation receipt on Friday claiming I was refunded the money.. waited all weekend no pending 17 dollars and now ***** is in “meetings” not able to answer the phone This company is definitely scamming people out of money and then they can’t even treat you with respect when you call. And then they are questioning why you are irate when they took illegal amounts of money out of accounts. IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT IS ALL SCREWED UP AND HOW DARE YOU PLAY WITH PEOPLES MONEY LIKE THIS!! I had to borrow money from people that I’m having a hard time paying back because of this mess. This happened in JULY we are now in SEPTEMBER. I need my remaining 17$ back.

      This is a incompetent businees. I have been overcharged. I have not been able to get a refill for perscrption drugs even when I was told that the refill was on hold. They have no idea what is going on and mistakes are made all the time. From sending the perscription to the wrong pharmacy to being charged for a missed appointment when the miss was their fault. I have been made to go through withdrawal from antidepressants because They can't find the perscription. The people at the front desk are totally unhelpful. If you didn't have a problem with depression this place would cause one. Avoid at all costs. I am shocked by how inept most of the staff are as well as the mental health practitioners. They deserve a negative star score. Find another place!

      I would give no stars if I could. There is no way to get in touch with your provider for refills. I was suicidal before this medication and will be again as I have to now go off of my medication cold turkey. Thank you Mindpath for literally ruining my life.

      Signed up, provided credit card for video consult. Credit card charged twice for co-pay yet they still say I owe. Insurance was also billed and confirmed the payments were correct. Cannot get anyone to return my call, or answer an email with anything relevant to my concern. Local office appears to have tried, but they also don't have answers or resolution. Stopped using them as they cause more problems than they help!! After reading the other comments, its obvious I am not alone.

      I was told over a year ago when I first started seeing my provider that I was in network and shouldn’t have a copay. Now over a year later I received a bill for over $900 due to all my visits the past year. I was not informed at any time by my provider that there was a balance. The online account page does not show there is any balance. I’m just expected to have this much money even though I was told I wouldn’t owe. Absolutely ridiculous. Find assistance from literally anywhere other than here.

      If you consent to let them automatically take money out of your account, they will take the wrong amount out. If you don't consent, you won't get to see your doctor. The billing department is incompetent. No one cares. Never use they people
