This is a top notch company to work with all the way from the sales staff to the installers. They were very quick and efficient getting the job done. This is our 1st time using them and I would highly recommend them!!!

We've used Universal twice now. First for the new windows in our home and have been very pleased with their workmanship. The second time now for a new front door and storm door. It has taken 9 months to get three doors put in the doors have been ordered wrong eight times which means I was off work eight different times with absolutely no compensation no concern to them at all they finally found something to put up and I mean it's something I do not recommend these people especially in the Charlotte region I also made a mistake that the BBB says don't do I paid in cash up frontUniversal Windows Direct of Charlotte

I didn't know a whole lot about windows. I do now. The gentleman who came out to my house was very professional and knowledgeable. ********************* schooled me on windows and worked with me through the whole process. Even the dog liked him.
