      3/20/25 my 17year old daughter went there to get her oil changed. Her car is a 2023 jeep compass. Still new.. The tech ****** talked her into getting a cabin filter but didnt have the cheaper one for ***** he only had the one that was more expensive for that year of her car. He said I only will charge you ***** for the more expensive filter as a courtesy. My daughter paid him not looking at the receipt and when she got home noticed he had charged her ***** for the filter not *****. They take advantage of the women because on average, women dont know what they need sometimes for there vehicle. Just beware and be educated if you go to them. Theyll talk you into services you dont actually need! We wont be back!!!

      The absolute worst experience! Do not go to one on 336 in ******. They left a piece off my car that they have to take off in order to change oil and have denied claim. Cannot get the district manager to call either!

      The shop on ************************************** Has amazing service they will help you in any situation that you have everybody that works there is friendly and kind I will be coming back and Iwill have to put out a shout out to *******. He helped me the most he is Gods work and if you get to meet him, he will definitely help you out in any needs possible.

      I brought in my *** 528i to this location for an oil change, a few days later my wife noticed that we had oil spots on the driveway. I placed a piece of cardboard under the car and yes, it was leaking oil. I called the place, and they asked me to bring it back, which I did, they told me that these types of vehicles are a bit complicated due to blah, blah, blah. They found the issue, the last tech didn't torque the s**** right, we found the problem! No, no we didn't, the car continued to leak oil, I called again and they "fixed" the issue, no they didn't. I opened a case and unfortunately, I got sick with the Flu and weren't able to take my car to a mechanic. Long story short, they stopped replying to my emails and don't answer my calls as well. I would NOT recommend this place to nobody, so far, I'm left with an oil leak and need to deal with this issue some other way. I'm not going to stay with my arms crossed!

      I wanted to take a minute to recognize an employee/experience. I came in on Saturday and was helped by ********. She was so professional, explained everything and didn't try to sell me anything I did not need which was a refreshing change. As I was leaving another employee wished me a good day as well.I appreciate your employees and the experience.

      ***** on 34th St N saved the day for me!!! Take 5 should know what an outstanding employee they have in him!! He's knowledgeable,honest and hard working. I observed his work for about an hour,yes. But in the hour, he serviced 3 cars with the help of 1 other associate..I watched him though,answer questions work and clean up..All things done super efficiently with a confident ease!!

      it was a pleasure to do business with this establishment the young men who assited us were professional and courteous. We will do business here from now one. Way to go guys honestly we were so impressed with the service. This was the central location on *********************, if you need a place to get your oil changed give them a try.

      I am a frequent customer at the ****************** at the corner of ***************** and *************** in ****************/**********. I have always had incredible customer service there and nothing but a good experience. This time a young gentleman really stood out with such manners and hard work and I'd like to have him recognize. His name is Topher. Both he and the other gentleman working this morning had such great attitudes, despite the miserable cold weather. I'm personally so grateful for these people and the light they shine on their customers, particularly in this day and age of short-fuse tempers and grumbling.Blessings,*****
