No ?'s because, I paid hard earned money and was treated like **** Takes forever, for a policy approval to fix your car. For a $836.00 repair job I was discounted down to $336.00. If I'd known it would of taken so long to get done. I would have just paid for it myself. Very poor customer service. They talk over you and do not listen. Alot of work from home, Diva attitude.CarShield

Had a policy for over a year want to have my car service three different places telling me that they don't take cars you finally I called car she don't tell them I can't use this policy they tell me oh we sorry that one doesn't work you don't have to update it how you not inform me but keep taking my money out of my account monthly but not have no service until I call you to tell you I can't use it and they refuse to cancel it they want me to buy another updated service but you don't call me to tell me poor business and now that I've canceled my account but you can't get funds out they want to put me in collections when I request it to be canceled and they took the funds out the next month and they still trying to take funds from me how do you cancel a policy how do these people hold you hostage I am so upset and disappointed in this company no mails no emails no no kind of notification to inform me that this policy was no longer valid but you steady taking my money car Shield is a scam.CarShield

This company is a scam and false advertise on their commercials. They refuse to pay for an issue with my car because of another issue they considered pre-existing, but were proved by a mechanic that one problem is not because of the other. This is bad business and it probably does not help that I'm a woman and they tent to take advantage of that tooCarShield

Carshield truly is a scam. I wouldn't even give it one star if I could. They sure know how to pay these has-beens to lie for them, but when it comes to getting your car repaired, or reimbursed for a rental car when there is a problem, good luck with that one. They don't even want to put the factory part back in your vehicle, and use refurbished parts. What a rip off. I had them for 18 months, and had one thing repaired which cost them *****, but cost me 5 days without a car. So on the 5th day I went and rented a car from Enterprise, which they told me that's the place they use. They were getting me a starter, and was ordering it from somewhere. When I asked my ****** dealership why didn't they just put the one in from ******, and ****** told me that they hate working with carshield because they never want to put the correct parts back in cars. They paid a whole ***** for the starter, and I had a hundred dollars deductible. To top it off, after not having a car for so long, I rented a car the 5th day, I wasn't even reimbursed for it. They had the nerve to give me *****, for the entire time, saying that they only pay for as many hours it took for them to put the part in. I had to wait 5 days without a car because they wanted a cheap part, and I got screwed. Do Yourself A Favor People, Stay Away From Carshield. FAR, FAR, AWAYCarShield

I purchased my warranty on Oct 3, 2022 Spoke with sales agent ******* who was very professional, pleasant knowledgeable and he kept it real with me. I still have an existing policy that will end on January 2023. After see the commercials and reading all the excellent reviews Im glad I signed up today. My car has no issues, so I have used the insurance yet, but at least Im have the coverage.CarShield

I've had car shield for over 5 year the top of the line coverage. On my 2007 Toyota avalon limited. My policy covered my front & rear axle, if you know anything about axles they have a boot on both ends. Well my boot cracked, and car shield didn't want to cover it. They said it was not part of the axle...****..IT IS!!! Car ****** says you can take it to the auto service place of your choice, another lie..I get my ****** serviced at ****** dealership. The dealership told me they don't mess with car shield because they DON'T PAY!!! They ( CAR shield) told me to go to ( *** **** )..I Went there for the **** of it just to see what they were going to say..**** they said YOUR **** IS NOT MESSED UP ONLY THE ***** I EXPLAINED TO THEM IS THE GREASE LEAKS OUT IT'S GOING TO DESTROY THE **** & THAT THE **** IS ONE COMPONENT. THEN THEY SAID THEY COULD FIX IT FOR $1000 DOLLARS..**** NO..I TOOK MY CAR HOME ORDER THE PART FOR $80.00 AND IT ONLY TOOK ME 2& HALF HOURS TO DO THE JOB..NO MORE CAR SHEILD NEVER AGAIN, I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARTS!!!!CarShield

DO NOT BUY CAR SHIELD! Horrible Company. They will find every & any excuse NOT to pay your claim. No mechanic wants to work on your car if you have them because they know they dont pay. The mechanic will say this is whats wrong with the car. Car Shield will say we need a ***************** ******** sends them the ***************** they requested and then theyll come back with, we need more pictures and more video. And we only cover it if its this part connected to this part connected to that part. Also, if you try to cancel the policy CarShield says oh we cant refund your money. But they tell you when you sign up its a month-to-month contract and that you can cancel at any time. ENDURANCE is a much much better company. They pay out their own claims. They dont use a third party like CarShield. Oh and C.S. customer ********************** people are extremely rude, unprofessional and nasty. Their only nice to you when they are trying to sell you the policy.CarShield

I made a mistake of trying to get a free no hassle quote. It was four minutes again and I have received a call a minute to harass me. This bait and switch marketing approach is why these extended warranties have such a bad reputation. I will not recommend or contact car shield again and if I can ever make their harassing calls stop it will be a miracle.CarShield

I hate CarShield no star my daughter got it pay every month on time engine messed up they took forever told the mechanic just fix the top part of the engine the mechanic suggested to get an engine they refuse to do that got the car back drove the car in the car through a rod now have to replace the engine anyway The hundred dollar deductible thats a lie I had to pay extra 800 so altogether I spent $900 she got the car out one day and had to go back to the shop the next day to get the engine put in and its been two months now I hate Car shieldCarShield
