If I could give you a no star, I would. Carshield say they cover so much, one of the things they cover is engine, but when I filed a claim on it. It was denied because it was caused by wear and tear, the mechanic told them it was impossible at 23k miles. So they open the claim again.They denied the claim again and mechanic told them that it wasn't it and they open rhe claim again.Definitely the adjusters don't know what they're doing.So if you are paying for carshield. Stop.There's a chance that if you pay for months or years and decide to use warranty, you might be denied and wasted your money.

I got warranty on my 2014 Ram 1500 so my motor and
transmission, any major parts would be covered and I wouldn’t have to
worry about if i had any mechanical failures. I took my truck to ***** ****** ****** and their advisor told me i needed a new engine and the
claim was filed, now carshield which is covered through ******** **** ****** is giving me a hard time with the adjusters, they have a hard
time keeping their records in order and i can never speak to a
supervisor, nobody can help me or answer my questions. It’s been so
frustrating dealing wigh carshield.CarShield

You guys double charged me on my credit card and are malling Me a check for a credit card payment thats unheard of. made me wait almost a month to prove u overcharged me this is a terrible company that trys to take advantage of people I also will be putting this on bbb and ******CarShield

BUYER BEWARE!!! The claim process is HORRIBLE!!!! It has been 3 months of trying to get a repair authorized and now approved, the "standard" labor rates approved vary greatly from what's rated as standard! The worst Adjuster ever, *****, is unresponsive to the shop to explain the difference to me, and as the warranty holder, I can't speak directly to the adjuster but expected to pay more than 2k above the $200 deductible to have the car repaired! Again, BUYER BEWARE!!!CarShield

It was shockingly good. You're champions to me. Even the repair shop was impressed and said that I must have really good insurance. It couldn't have better experience. One of the smartest things I have ever done is purchase Car shield.CarShield

I took my car for repair and was approved by auto/ car shield yo fix my engine and repair a faulty tire rod. But to complete the repairs car shield / auto shield want to pay for a front end alignment win should be part of the repair because I am not doing maintenance. I get my cat repairedCarShield

Carshield is a rip off. Mr ********* on my car needed repair. I had Carshield for 3 months. They denied my claim stating due to road deprie is the cause of my condenser not being covered. This is such a ripoff. I immediately canceled my policy. Over $300.00 they got from me foe nothing. Please beware and protect you wallet.CarShield

i give it 0 stars because the company is a RIP OFF, but couldn't submit, so i gave them a 1. You pay money monthly and when you do have a claim, it is denied. They will not even pay a $100 claim that should have been included with my plan. I cancelled my contract with them and am looking to join a CLASS ACTION SUIT.CarShield
