    Hello I am a car shield let me retract that I was a car shield member an if we decide to move ahead and take d pay for repairs they come up with any excuse to make it your fault they do not want to cover your rental and you're paying all this money I spent $1,000 and I did a paid all that for nothing for a year when I actually needed to use them so buyer beware I wouldn't do it also nobody has that anymore because they do not pay you can ask all these different other places they will not ***** car shield. And they put these ads on TV that makes everybody wants to get it to help you out it doesn't work

    I wish I could do this without leaving any portion of a star at all!! I have paid a monthly premium to these crooks for about two years. I tried to get help to pay for a problem with my gear shift. I had to use a screw driver in a hole to change gears and it was a $700 job. They said no. I wish I had cancelled then but I let it go. I just tried to cancel because of hard times and not affording my premiums. I went online to Car Shield and canceled and got confirmation I was canceled. A week later they sucked another premium from my bank. I called the number I saw in my bank draft. I was told by a rude woman that I canceled with the wrong people. What??!! She said I canceled with the finance end (Mepco) instead of ******** ****. What?! I never heard of ******** **** and what about Car Shield? We argued a bit and she would not refund the payment. She did say she canceled me but who knows. I’m going to tell my bank not to accept payments because I do not trust them at all. BEWARE!!!!

    I receive a letter from CarShield that my 2017 Dodge Challenger factory warranty had expired but it was not too late to activate a service contract There was a problem. I do not own and have never owned a 2017 Dodge Challenger. When I called the number they could not or would not tell me where they got the information. I think this company must be a fake or a scammer or else why would they send out false information Be very suspicious of this company and read other reviews There seems to be many bad reviews about them

    If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Please DO NOT WASTE YOR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!! I have been going back and forth with them about my SUV. I have the Gold package, and although everything that is wrong with my truck is listed under the coverage, they are denying my claim. They will not provide for a rental car either while my truck is in the shop. At this point, my car has been at the repair shop for 6 days. They refuse to pay to get my car fixed, and when I requested a number to speak to someone else, they gave me the number, but said that it will take 3 days to deal with that process. Three more days that I am without my car. More than likely, it still won't be fixed. So now I am going to have to come out of my own pocket to pay over $2900 to get everything fixed. This company is a scam. I am extremely disappointed that I put my trust in this company. I wish I had read these other reviews first. I listened to my friend, got this coverage, and now I'm screwed.

    I had Car Shield for several months and the first time I needed a repair they told me they wouldn't cover it. I had oil on my garage floor and took it into a dealership and they said that there was a seal leaking in my transmission. When I asked Car Shield to pay for the repair, they said that they didn't cover leaking seals. I canceled my account immediately.

    Very good. It was more them my expectations. I usually take it to the dealership but this time I took it to a different shop. They were professional, honest, and fair. Car Shield is necessary for a backup for car warranty.

    I’m have very bad issues with getting my car repaired, they’re refusing to to pay . I’ve been without my car for two days, I’m very disappointed with service providers. Been calling to speak to supervisor; was told there was no one I could speak to. I was recommended serval other places by them.; which is and inconvenience for me ; but I had to do what they said; no one at this point has fixed my car yet .They have been giving me the runaround for several days. I was also told; CarShield; and ******** **** ******* are different. This is very sad. I’m not sure what to think. ****** ******

    Do NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! I was ASSURED at time of purchase of the TWO policies they SUCKERED me into...(Aluminum and Silver) that buy doing so EVERYTHING except shocks was covered in my suspension. So when my Air Springs needed replaced, all of a sudden that's an "Exclusion". It the MAIN FUNCTIONING PART TO MY SUSPENSION of my 2015 Ram truck. TOTAL SCAM!! And RUDE RUDE RUDE people when you need to actually USE the policies. I WISH I would have read the reviews on here instead of regular ****** search. I hope I can spare someone else this agony.
