    Don't trust Carshield. They have unethical business practices.They sold me a policy, made a monthly payment schedule with me, then set my account up on an autopay system without telling me or seeking permission to do so. Then unexpectedly overdrafted my bank account by withdrawing payment before my payday. Via the UNAUTHORIZED autopay system.Buy from someone else!

    You gave CarShield permission during the initial sales call on a recorded line. You also called 11/1/22 to try to push the automatic payment back to the 15th. We do apologize the payment ran on the 9th but we did have your permission. CarShield will refund your last payment as a courtesy. You will receive the refund back to the card on file within 3-5 business days.

    Car Shield is ******** my 80-year-old mother. She had her car break down she had to have it towed to a shop it was repaired now these pricks don't want to pay what she needs back. So if car Shield doesn't get back to my mother and take care of this matter. We are going to cancel car Shield and ask for a whole refund from April to now which is over $1,000. And you're going to give it to us or I'm going to come down and beat your ass. No one ***** with my mom

    I setup a policy with Carshield in 09/22 and with retiring realized it is an expense i cant afford. I contacted them to cancel the policy and requested an email to that affect spoke with several reps who promised to send it and Im into day four and no email. They continue to send me emails for a survey but still no cancellation. The first rep I spoke with tried to get me to keep the policy and when I told him it was my choice to cancel he hung up on me. The last rep I spoke with said he didnt see the cancellation and after reading further into the notes found it and he couldnt send it he inquired to see if it could be mailed and came back to the phone and said they couldnt mail it. This is the worse experience Ive had in my life with a company. They had the nerve to call me and say they didnt get my payment after canceling. Steer clear of them bad business awful customer **********************.

    This company will sell you products they don't have. I was sold an Auto Gold Card policy for negotiating car repairs. I drive a Tesla Model Y and was hestitant to buy the policy, but the sales guy told me, "We have a ton of experience dealing with tesla and know how to negotiate with them". In reality they have 0 experience negotiating with Tesla and can't do so at all. I found out when I tried to use the service, and the negotiating expert basically asked the shop, "can you do it cheaper?", the shop responded, "No", and that was the end of it. A representative named ***** was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund for the plan.

    Super. I couldn't believe it. I thought it was another joke. Absolutely excellent. I went to *** and the handled it for me. It was wonderful. No problems. I signed up in July. I have an older ***. It was a smooth process. I was skeptical. No problems what so ever. Wonderful service. *** thought it was great too. Glad I have it. Really happy with it.

    DO NOT PURCHASE CARSHIELD I purchased carshield 10/2021 and when it was time for me to use it carshield give me the runaround. When it was time to use it I went with their preferred mechanic carshield never sent an adjuster out to look at my car. Carshield had the mechanic to demolish my car without my knowledge and when they sent numerous of videos and told carshield that i had a failure to the engine (which is covered in my contract) carshield wanted a second opinion and wanted me to move my car to another mechanic. Remind you nobody wanted to take the car with the parts taken out so I had to come out of pocket to pay for the mechanic to put my car back together even though I didnt consent them to take it apart but carshield did and when I asked about a towing I had to pay for that too but all of this is included in my contract. When I took it to the second mechanic carshield canceled my claim and wanted me to start over( at this time its been well over two months I havent had my car in my possession) i wand up taking it to a third mechanic just to get the same diagnose as the first two mechanics ( failure to the engine) but carshield never paid for my car even though my contract covers my engine and when I terminate my contract then they wanted to figure out what the issue was. AGAIN: DO NOT PURCHASE CARSHIELD they are legitimate SCAMMERS and they are taking people money and not actually helping customers

    If I can give it a negative zero I would but I purchased carshield 10/25/2021. When I finally used them they give me the run around. They are Horrible and they are SCAMMERS. First I went to there preferred mechanic and the adjuster never came out but they had the mechanic to literally demolish my car without my consent even though the mechanic found a failure to the engine by default carshield wanted me to move it to another mechanic to get a second opinion before they paid out. Keep in mind its been two months the mechanic had my car so when it was time to move it to a second location I had to pay for the preferred mechanic to put my car together so I can move my car on my own expense cause carshield claim they have a tow truck but you will have to pay out of pocket and once I moved my it they cancelled the claim and wanted me to start a new claim over again remind you I had all my paperwork up to date and three months later without my car they still talking about moving it to another mechanic to get another opinion. Im SO Done with them I wasted hard earned money and time and carshield still didnt fix my car even though it was a failure to engine which is COVERED in my contract DO NOT DEAL WITH CARSHIELD they are SCAMMERS

    This is a terrible company. They connected me with a company that wouldnt make any of the repairs that were part of the contract unless I argued with them for hours. Then they repaired my truck and ****** miles later the parts they put in failed and they dont cover the cost of fixing what they were supposed to fix. They forced my mechanic to put in cheap parts that they bought. And now they are failing and wont cover it. Do not do this. It will cost you more in the end because you pay for the extended insurance and then have to pay the cost of the repair. Made me more frustrated than anything. I wish I never would have wasted the time and the money.

    I've owned my CarShield warranty for over two years and I'm using it for the first time without any success. Long story short, two months ago I took my vehicle to *** **** because I was experiencing noise coming from the rear of my vehicle. They determined that it was the rear differential making the noise. *** **** submitted claim for repair and this is where my troubles begin. Between the adjuster not contacting repair shop,repair shop not correctly filing claim and ordering the wrong parts, to Finally getting approved for repair. Because of the many problems I experienced with *** **** I decided to take my vehicle to the dealership for the repairs. I called the following day to check the status of repair and was informed that there was questions regarding the mileage and CarShield was going to call me. CarShield Finally called me and asked how many miles I have on my vehicle and I gave a estimate because the vehicle was at the Dodge dealership and I couldn't look at it. *** **** had put the wrong mileage on the claim previously filed and I asked if they would call the *** **** repair shop and call me back.CarShield representative called me back and stated that she talked to the facility and they stated that they actually logged down the wrong mileage. I asked her if my vehicle would now be approved for repairs thats been at the dealership for a week and her answer was no. She stated unless I have maintenance records proving lesser mileage than what *** **** reported and closer to the mileage that the Dodge dealership reported on their repair claim my vehicle will not get fixed.I emailed my previous invoices to Client relations for reviewing to see if my vehicle is going to be approved for repairs. I was made to feel as if I was being accused of rolling back my odometer. Two years of payments on my warranty and when attempt to use it for the first time I placed in limbo and feeling highly stressed out.
