    Just took my money for years and didn't hold up to what they where suppose to do i was out of 4000$ and all they could say is that it wasn't something I did wrong the previous owner was to fault how do i know the previous own and what they did. That was just the excuse they gave to cover why they wouldn't fix my car

    I highly do not recommend to by warranty from this company . My suv its been in the repair facility for almost 4 months . They took the engine apart as was requested from car shield and did all tests that was required . They assigned an adjuster that never answers his phone . After 4 months they told me the adjuster quit and ae have to assign it to another adjuster . They did after 4 months . Every-time the repair facility and I contact the adjuster they put is on hold for almost an hour . The problem still hasnt been resolved . Its very frustrating . We are a gilt of 5 and have one car that we been sharing because we lost a couple of cars in *********************.Dont sign up with them . I can tell you I visited my doctor several times bcs of high pressure and serious Megans because of this company . Dont waist your time and money .Im going to give them another month another wise Im hiring a lawyer to *** them .

    I've been paying ****** hopefully for over in a year. They've had my car for a week and a half and now they're telling me to send it to another shop to get the transmission broke down at my cost. In the beginning I was promised a rental vehicle ..... it never happened. Luckily I was able to have money put up to the side but if people have this and they don't have money put to the side this could be bad. DO NOT GET THIS POLICY

    I would not recommend this company, Long story short. If you use an different card to make an payment. They will take it upon themselves and charge your account. When you call about the charge to your account the Supervisor/ ******** states that, I didn't request the card not to be saved. If, I am not wrong when you pay something with an different card then what's on file. They call it an 1 time payment if I stand correctly. SO NO I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY... ******!!!!

    I have never written a review for a service company before. To this point I am telling anyone that is considering car shield for an extended warranty run away as fast as you are able. I truly believe that every positive review is a paid for review, this company will gladly take your money and laugh all the way to the bank, the process to file a claim is an exasperated experience, if there is any possible clause in the contract that is remotely related to your claim it will be denied. My repair shop spent 6 hours on the phone to clarify their demands for photos repair logs etc etc to find a window for denial of claim. Me shop will never again entertain a claim with Car Shield. Please people dont believe the positive reviews. Obviously my so called cover repair was denied 100%. No one cent coverage. An exhaust manifold repair was denied due to corrosion, well tell me what doesnt wear out in time. They also refused to sent an adjuster to view the issue after I was told they would. BEWARE

    CarShield is a joke. We called and set up service with them. According to their “sales” agent.. they covered just everything under the sun! Almost $200 a month for warranty. And low and behold.. comes time to put our car in the shop because the starter seemed to be going out. We had a problem with our AC, but other than that.. very basic problems otherwise. Mechanics do all their work. And of course.. carShield suddenly covers NONE of our problems. Not a single one. I called. Said that wasn’t their problem. Wasn’t their fault THEIR sales agent misinformed us. And we’re now out $2,100 out of pocket thanks to them. Don’t waste your money on this company. They’re a crock of ****.

    I wish I could give this company 0 stars. What a scam! We've been paying into this allegedly good supplemental insurance for a few years now. When we finally needed it, we got the run around for days. Payed about 400$ for a rental out of pocket for about 6 days. Which was a service we were led to believe would be at least partially covered and reimbursed after the diagnostic. Once the diagnostic was done by our mechanic, they took awhile to get back to us. I read the contract and it appeared as if this part and repair would be covered completely ,less our 100$ deductible. Nope! Not covering anything. No rental. Nothing. We're stuck paying 1,067$ out of pocket for repairs. We have no rental car unless we choose to cough up more of our own money. So until our car is fixed, we're relegated to Uber, another added expense, or the bus line, which is inconvenient for my husband and sometimes scary for me in the early morning. Thanks for Nothing Carshield. Congratulations for robbing us of thousands of dollars over the years. My husband sometimes suffers from insomnia and saw your promo late at night. Guess you're living proof that nothing good happens after. Midnight.

    I purchased the policy two years thinking that I was covered with any unexpected repairs . That proved to be a joke. My car was dead in my garage with a dead battery. We jumped the battery, but would not hold the charge.
    I checked the app that I was instructed to download to make sure of the coverage.. NO WHERE ON THE 1st screen of the app does it say to MUST call for prior approval . So, since I didn’t call they declined the claim . I argued the point that why get prior approval for a matter like a dead battery, when that is the only recourse to make the car functionable again. But, to no avail because they are hoping their “clients”forget about prior approval.Clever way to deny claims..all it is .. The problem was more than battery. The gear shift assembly was not communicating with the battery and needed to be replaced to the tune of 1800. So now I am out the cost of the repair, plus the 1900 for the worthless policy . I can see the problem
    With other claims, with the statement you must have maintenance required by the manufacturer. What if you take it to a private shop and a belt was checked or something small like that . Deny the claim.

    I had a policy with Carshield and a covered item "Coolant Temp Sensor" wire went bad "frayed." They claimed someone physically messed with which is false and I even took it to their so-called Shield Network and would have been better off going to my ***** to fix this without all the hassle. A few of the ******************** "their service provider" even told me a couple time the temp sensor wasn't even covered, which it clearly is in their contract. Guess what "frayed" also can be a mechanical issue so they just lost me as a customer over $240 bucks and this was my first ever claim, back to endurance or someone else reputable I will go. Stop frauding people and be an honest business. I wasnt looking for a free ride, this was clearly in your contract and NO one physically messed with the wire, heck I can barely change the battery out on the car. Why would I take it to your service provider if that was the case? People deserve better than this and I am an honest working Amercian and was only looking for you to honor your contract you sold me.
