    My car was in the shop the entire day but I wasnt able to get a rental because CarShield took so long to finalize any including payment to the Service Center even though the car has already been repaired. Cant even retrieve my car until the CarShield responds to the service center which closes in 30 mins!!!! Bottom line they take their time to get your claim taken care of but take their payment out of my account like clock work.

    Do not use CarShield!I was not told that if payment wasn't made BEFORE due date, funds are automatically withdrawn from my account. Everyone is added to automatic bill pay by default! I called on due date to cancel coverage, only to find that the funds had been withdrawn, and there's NO refund! They said I was covered until next month, and that was AFTER coverage was cancelled! They literally hold you hostage so they can keep the money!! I'm on SS so money is tight, which is why I canceled in the first place!

    Following up for the third month with no service. I received two voicemails from different CarShield customer ********************** reps. ** discuss how they can make this terrible and fraudulent situation better. Of course no emails to trace their lack of customer care. I have returned calls to north employees twice with voicemails asking how they want to help or at minimum by law issue a refund for poor consumer response and false advertising of the Fake warranty they claim to sell. Await a call or omg an email with your reply

    Fraud,, this place does nothing they claim to do , will find a loophole or lie to not get your car fixed , also will not refund your money when they admit they s**** up and ask you to pay more money and still not get your car fixed, and tell you it will work next time if you give ** more money . DO NOT fall for their trap . I will be filing a lawsuit.

    I did not get a full refund and was cursed at when speaking to a manager, they dont have a corporate office either or number to contact anyone but a sales representative. They said I would have to mail the ceo if I wanted to speak to someone else.

    Absolute ripoff. Told us twice the repair on our *** would be covered and then when the car was fixed they denied the claim. The problem repaired is a known problem with this engine in the ***. Two months we fought with them. They wouldn't listen to ************, a *** specialist with over 40 years experience only working on ***s. They would ask for the same information over and over. They ignored the information they received. They wouldn't send someone out to look at the car to verify the problem. They wouldn't tell ** exactly what the problem was they were having with ************. It was all circular conversations and they never attempted to resolve, only confuse ** and the mechanic. They accused ** and him of making up the photos and claim. Complete dishonesty from the company.

    What a complete RIP OFF. I took my *** to a automotive repair shop where the owner has been a certified and nationally recognized *** Master Mechanic for over 40 years. Of course, the claims adjuster didn't trust his judgement and gave ** a complete run around for 2 months. The claims person had the audacity to suggest that the photos sent in by ************ may not even be of our car! We asked for Car Shield to send an adjuster out in person to see the work and they refused, then denied the claim on a BS technicality. So we had to pay $6000+ out of pocket for a covered repair. The shop we worked with said they had never in 30 years had such a difficult time working with a car warranty company and will never touch another car insured by Car Shield.

The results of this investigation indicate that you initiated a claim and were advised of the contractual claims process. This process was not followed, therefore the claim was not approved or authorized. This claim did not fall under the requirements of the Emergency Repairs section and refusal to follow the claims process has resulted in claim denial.

    Car shield would not cancel my policy. I talked to a guy on the phone and told him I wanted to cancel my policy he said can I ask why and I said I been reading bad reviews on BB and he said oh we have a lawsuit against them. I said I dont care just cancel my policy he said he would and then started talking about BB again. I said stop talking about that and cancel my policy and quit taking my payment out which I didnt consent to in the first place he said that was automatic when you sign up. I wasnt told that. So he never did cancel my policy he just kept talking. I finally hung up on him and he called me back. I called my bank and they said if the automatic payments are on my debit card they could not stop it so I had to cancel my debit card and get another one. Do not do business with car shield.

    I felt ripped off, everything that was told to me in regards to the service carshield provides I did not receive. As soon as I Had vehicle trouble and used car shield services which was directed through through auto shield. Not only did they provide poor communi had over $300 in extra out of pocket expenses that I told would be covered when I initially signed up. On top of that not only did **** ****** not do their job and having my vehicle inspected but I had to do my due diligence calling everyday for over a month to move my claim forward. I have documentation cause I had no choice but to keep record of who I talk to and when. Auto shield the agency working and I will contracted by car chilled both like both lied and delayed My claim until they could find some reason to rejected over a month above me and repair shop sending emails and making calls to move the claim forward only for them to lie and disqualify me because of mileage which I verify when I 1st signed up.. If if I could do it all over again I would not sign up for car shield they took my money, Wasted my time and betrayed my trust. I do not recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy.
