Carsheild is a scam. After a year if payments ****** monthly and it came down to the nitty gritty, they denied my claim, even though the motor was covered.

I own an auto repair company and I have worked with warranty companies for years. I have started many claims with car shield and not one time have they ever paid for a repair. Failed parts that are clearly covered in writing they find reasons to not pay for. Buyer be ware. My company will no longer do business with car shield period. *********************.Review fromR. T.

Scammers, frauds, rip-offs and buyers PLEASE beware!! Paid thousands of dollars on my service contract and finally when I needed to use their service they gave me the run around for 3+ weeks (even though they say ***** hrs) before looking at my vehicle and then gave me b.s. excuses why it WASN'T covered under my warranty, though they kept telling me that I have the BEST! They take your money and find ANY LOOPHOLE to not pay to fix your car. Now I'm without a car and without the money to get it fixed. Thanks a lot losers I hope you can sleep well at night! Would NEVER recommend to my friends and I hope everyone learns from my stupid mistake of trusting Carshield! Merry Christmas, Grinches!!CarShield

You say I have the BEST package, yet when I need the BEST service, I don't have what I need covered because of my package and due to fine print. I paid $150/mo FOR WHAT!?! Then you won't refund me ANY of my money, especially since I paid for years without incident!! You all are rip-offs and you deserve what you get...period! I take care of my car and thought I was taking car of it with getting your warranty. I wish I had saved my money or gave it to another reputable vendor that does car for their clients! I hate you and spit on your name...Carshield can kick rocks with flip flops!! Buyers BEWARE!!!!!! Heed my warning and all these other warnings from paying customers. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My truck blew its engine took it to the repair facility called carshield. Our truck sat at the facility for 3 months before they gave an answer. Then they only covered the part that caused the problem. I have never been treated so poorly. The company is a sham, they repair nothing, buyer beware.CarShield

Car Shield services is a waste of time and hard-earned money! I filed a claim to have my Blown head gasket repaired in my 2016 Kia ******* back a few months ago and from the beginning of the claim there was nothing but resistance from every single person that answered my call. I was transferred to different departments that could not help in resolving my issues. Finally, when I reached someone that want to assist me. They offered to supply the mechanic with parts from ***** for the repairs. When the mechanic had recommended to engine overhaul. They wanted an engine teardown to validate that the engine was bad. They scheduled the adjustor to come out and view the teardown, and it would have taken three weeks just for the Adjustor to come and validate that my engine had a blown head gasket. On top I would have been responsible to pay the labor charges upfront to end get started on the engine teardown. Labor was $1600.00. The *** stated " Then we may or may not reimbursement you for labor charges. All this time they are still drafting my account for the monthly fee of $135.00. Please save yourself the headaches and time wasted trying to get them to hold their end of the agreement. i have file a dispute with my bank for all funds drafted from Car Shield.CarShield

When Car Shield is not accepted at a prominent car dealership in ******* **. Then everyone needs to stay away from Car Shield, and/or cancel their policy and go somewhere else. The car dealership service ***** said that they would not accept Car Shield, or anything with "Shield" in its name, because Car Shield does not pay their claims.Do not buy Car Shield, it is a waste of money and a false sense of security!CarShield

Let me be more specific then. I could not file a claim, because the Land Rover of ******* North service department would no accept CarShield. As the Dealership Service Department service writers told me quote - " The manager told us to NOT accept CarShield, or anything with Shield in it, because CarShield does not pay its claims. These guys keep sending me mail about a factory warranty that is expiring about a 2015 Buick Enclave that I dont even have! I called and they even admit its an advertisement. This is such a scam and a waste of paper from trees. I can only imagine how many poor little old ladies or guys got confused and payed these guys money from their social security savings. This is so offensive. We live in a society and should respect fellow humans not scam them. Shut this filth down.CarShield
