    Not a reputable company as advertised on TV. My Car has not been repaired as of yet Car Shield did not want to replace my radiator with the manufacturers Radiator! Car Shield attempted to send an alternative Radiator that does not fit my car properly!! Please do not get this Warranty. Warning!!

    Absolutely the worst treatment I have ever had and after 4hrs on phone trying make the fix their s**** up still treated awful and they took double payment and cost me my job

    CarShield uses high pressure sales tactics!I called to get an estimate and asked for them to send it via email. I was told that I would have to first listen to what they could offer me on the phone before they could email me. I agreed to listen to their sales pitch and pretty much was told that I would not be making an intelligent decision if I didnt go with their hi coverage. I asked for them to email me the estimate they were quoting me. The salesman on the other end kept pushing for me to go ahead and sign up saying that I had 90 days that I could cancel. I told him I wasnt planning on signing up today. I told him I simply wanted to have an estimate and I would appreciate receiving it by email. To this day, I still have not received that email. I pretty much had to end the conversation myself in order to get off the phone.

    This company is terrible. They do not do what the say. The do no use good products to correct problems. This company did not pay for my car rental. The would not answer my many calls to the company for help. Please do not use this company. They are a awful.

    * CarShield indeed bogus! They never covered any of my repairs always claiming a "We don't cover that" loophole yet sucked $99 a month from me via my debit card. When I called to cancel the gal on the phone refused to cancel me out of Car Shield so I had my bank change my debit card number so CarShield could no longer take $99 a month from me. When a CarShield rep called me to gripe that they could no longer take my money I told them what a bunch of crooks I consider them to be and why I did that.

    I trusted Car Shield to protect my 2009 VW Passat when the timing guides failed and messed up my engine. I got towed from *** to my home in ********* ** / then towed to ********* VW in ******* only to find out that Car Shield wouldnt fix my car it sit for several days and my brakes showed some rust ( one of their excuses) till it broke I commuted to ********* 5 days a week (62 miles each way)! Their commercials and ads

    Wouldn't recommend Car Shield to anyone they are totally advertisement is a false. They say that you an take your vehicle to a service center of your choice,not true. They ask for your zip when supply you with a list,after call the first five service center all said there are no longer affiliated with. They offer free towing that's also wasn't true,only pay $120.00 toward towing and unfortunately that don't take you far. After taking my vehicle to another service center was told transmission switch and front wheel suspension system had to be replace and Car Shield was not will to pay. three years of making a ***** payment for three years was a terrible loss and a shame I couldn't be reimbursed.

    Car Shield is by far the WORST Company I have ever dealt with in my 60 years. I have a brother on disability and he purchased the insurance from them (Car Shield SOLICITED HIM by phone). He paid for the policy for 15 months before having problems with car. They first would not pay or admit to coverage saying we didnt take the vehicle to one of their chosen/verified locations so we paid out of pocket to have it towed to one that was. Then, months of chaos followed with their chosen mechanics having issues with Car Shield not willing to cooperate for various reasons. The HEAD MECHANIC and owner of the Mechanic Shop even read the whole policy and said the car is definitely covered. He spoke with them and did EVERYTHING they asked at our expense (stating they would pay later). The Mechanic/owner told ** that CAR SHIELD IS THE WORST INSURANCE HE HAS EVER DEALT WITH and they always make things difficult or dont pay at all. Long story, The car sits in the junk yard now and this is apparently how Car Shield wins and my disabled brother has been taken advantage of. My brother along with many others are not able to leave reviews so no telling how many more BAD REVIEWS are really out there! Shame on Car Shield for taking FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE DISABLED, ELDERLY, POOR or anyone!! The parties pay them money and get wore down so eventually have to give up. Again, SHAME ON Car Shield and please dont give them your money.

    This company is a rip off I have 3 issues with my car that was covered and they find a excuse not to cover it in there advertisements are all false because they find excuses not to fix saying it is other things that cause these issue do not spend your money
