    we left our van at a ford dealer for 3 weeks and then the dealer called and told us carshield finally said they wouldn't cover it (this was while we were camping). we canceled carshield. drove back home carshield called and said they would cover the cost they said they were waiting on the dealer to call them. so we paid up to date took it to another dealer ship and 3 days later the dealership called and said carshield won't cover it. this company needs to go under. Endurance we had at the same time they wouldn't answer the phone.

    Got carshield there bad did not do what they say I pay lot of monthly payments when I needed my car fix I paying more for it my self when between then pepboy i was lie to over and over

    I am the administrator of vehicle. Car shield tries to overly control where the car gets repaired even parts involved. However, with a Mercedes benz and VW you never ever use anything but the manufacturers parts. No after marker parts. I asked this and recorded this conversation at the beginning of their pitch. I recorded every convo. They are trixsters. Right now there is a class act lawsuit on them. Anyone interested please email ********** **** *****

    I was thinking of getting carshield for my two cars, but after reading these reviews, and seeing their responses to their customers, I'm good, I mean their(carshield) investigations seems to always be blaming, and making excuses to why they won't help you, thanks, but no thanks carshield I will not be calling you for any coverage.

    I have had car shield for 4 years they take money out of my account in case I need a part then they would cover half of the part. They didn't cover my car part like they said they would. They had zero parts for me even after an advance search from Mr. ******. I have been paying them for 4 years to be my car shield like their name says and its a lie and on top of the money taken out for 4 years I had to pay full price for the part my car needed. I asked for a refund and I didn't get any.

    Know Your Contract, Fight for Your Benefit its likely ALL claims will be initially denied, prepare for a battle that you WILL win. The garage and I spent a total of 7 calls and over 4 hours on the phone to initiate and process the claim! Also worst customer ********************** experience ever!!!My issue was a bad oil cooler, I called and verified coverage then dropped the vehicle for repair. An hour later the garage called me and stated that Car Shield said my policy did not cover the repair. I went to the garage and called Car Shield. After 30 minutes on the phone it was determined the repair WAS covered and an adjuster stated the repair was authorized but oil was not. I spoke with the agent whom said contract specifically states oil changes are normal maintenance not covered. I quoted para D9 from the contract LUBRICANTS, COOLANTS AND FLUIDS UNLESS REQUIRED IN CONNECTION WITH A COVERED She then said, OK but we arent going to replace all the oil, only whats drained off. The next day I got another call stating the claim was approved!

    If I could give a 0, I would.Car shield need to be put out off business, need a class action law suite then they wanna but the blame on BBB car shield is a scam, thats why the have a F if they continue on taking money out your bank accounts call your bank and file a fraud case against call Shield and have your bank blocked car shield

    They misrepresent the contract example they say car is covered from nose to tale list parts but dont list exactly what parts they cover or not they refuse to pay or replace parts cheap, very rude customer ********************** refused to give me a supervise. Customer ********************** doesnt care if you cancel that says a lot. Twice I needed my car fixed twice they reduced Im paying $1000 out of pocket now due to their misrepresentation including diagnostic DO NOT USE THIS WARRANTY **************** runnnnnnnnn

    I had my car at dealer ck out my engine knocking they diagnostic the car Chrysler 200 2013 car ****** said it was not taken car of we did are own oil change everything on it I'm with a guy that work for **** dealer ship and now does his own well repot came out that Chrysler installed a faulty part that is taken my engine out but they won't cover it. That's why I got car sheild first place before they decline it **** you should see my report now I'm out of car and retire and in sm income raising my grand son can't get a car now and this one was suppose to last me
