    *** CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT NEEDS TO BE FILED AGAINST THESE CROOKS - ***I purchased my car and signed up with car shield. Three months later I had a computer problem. Contacted Car shield, they tell me it's not cover. The repair cost me $1500. Fast-forward a year car is sputtering , take vehicle to a car shield approved repair shop, after 12 days car shield claims this repair too is not covered. Two years at $200/month for a 2015 vehicle = fraudulent advertising by car shield who refuses to pay for any repairs.

    I honestly think car shield is a bunch of liars. There is no repair shop near me that accept car shield. There are 2 places 1 that is 28 miles away and the other ************************************* an arm and a leg to have my vehicle towed. I asked the person at roadside to give me out of pocket price she stated she could not. Also I was told you all dont cover the diagnostic and one place wants $95. Well it has to be diagnosed before it can be repaired. I should have read the reviews its pretty bad when you call a shop that takes car shield and they say you all are the worst company. I probably should have read the reviews before I started giving you all money a $175 a month is not cheap that is for sure. So because of the crappy towing coverage I am carless bumming rides to work. No way to get to a store.

    The actors associated with this company should be ashamed of themselves. They promote the awful and fictitious services/warranties supposedly guaranteed by Car Shield. I faithfully (auto payments), submitted the required fees for services. However, when I submitted a claim for a covered maintenance item, I was denied. Note: This was after my service technician and I were told the service was covered.
    As a disabled Veteran, Senior Citizen of our great Nation, I feel betrayed! Shame on everyone associated with this company!

    I am always reluctant to write negative reviews about companies but my experience with CarShield and the way it was handled has given me no choice but to voice out my concern. It is very upsetting to get different information for the same issue from different reps. I took permission to record my conversation with the reps and was shocked how trained they are to defend lies. Incoherency in statements to advance a common goal(in this case not to pay legitimate claims) equates to steeling from my assessment. I have had CarShield for over a year and a half and pay month $103 for coverage without any claim. When I had an issue it was h*** getting the claims paid. I was told my policy comes with Car rental. When it came to time to pay for the rental, I was told they pay by the hour not days. If they approve 8 hours and the repair shop takes 2 days complete the job, they will only pay for one day. I don't determine the capability of the repair person to determine if he could complete the job in one day. Simply follow what he says. I was told it is company policy. When I asked for a copy of the policy, a supervisor by the name ***** told me they don't share the policy with customer. This information was recorded with his permission and I have the recording. Why is it a policy binding the customer but the customer is not allowed to review it? I had an oil leak which was covered by my policy. The repair shop told me that the oil leaked into the area of the spark plugs and thus the plugs have to be replaced. CarShield told me spark plugs are not covered in my policy. But the spark plugs where damaged as a result of a covered problem. I hope I can upload my almost 1 hour conversation with different reps to give everyone an opportunity to listen and understand why I am writing this review. When you receive from customers, try and satisfy the reason for which they are paying you. Don't always fight to run them off.

    Dont fall for it! They are liars and cheaters and they deny everything even though it says you are covered. They just make up an excuse not to to cover it.

    I wouldn't even give them 1 star they do not do what they tell you is covered ...my car has been at a repair shop for 2 months now and in December they found a transmission and was supposes to order it and be delivered to the repair shop in 16 days we'll it is now January 17th and no transmission they never ordered it!!!! They are saying it's my repair shops fault and bow o am stuck with a bill of 2500 in rental car fees because all they cover is 4 days!!!! They forgot to put the order in and now I must pay out of my pocket and bow forced to go buy a car.....total bull **** if you ask me ...we pay 100 a month for the warranty and when something happens they ask you to completely take apart my transmission to prove its broke and then never get me one!!!! Won't experience ever and I will find a way to be reimbursed for my money and stress

    The worse warranty company they dont want to pay for repairs over a certain price. Even if you have proof of vehicle maintenance.

    This service is not only BOGUS but backed by celebrities that are only concerned about getting paid. CarShield specializes in customer resistance meaning theyll do their best to deny claims they themselves said would never be an issue. Theyre best available category doesnt cover a brake line hose. This coverage is supposedly like having a new car. Simply put.. DONT commit to them. Cant be clearer than that.

    DO NOT spend a dime on this scam. They did not pay 2 invoices to a shop that I went to get my vehicle serviced. One of the recommended shops from there list. This was two other invoices that had nothing to do with my vehicle. But because I went to get my vehicle diagnosed for future repair I could not get my vehicle serviced at the shop, through carshield because they hadn't paid someone else's previous two invoices. The manager of the shop told me he had reached out to car shield and they are not returning his calls neither are they contacting him to take care of the two invoices in which they are responsible for paying under the two policies of each customer.

    I had carshield for about a year. My check engine light came on and I wasn't worried because I have coverage. The Pruge Valve is not covered. Nor was the cost of the diagnostic or the labor. I spoke to 4 or 5 different people who all read me the scripted response. I never received a contract and was so disappointed. I canceled the policy.
