    Had the policy for 11 months, and first claim I filed was denied. Said they couldnt cover the 02 Sensors. So, I canceled the policy. Piece of garbage. Wouldnt not recommend to anyone. Actors must be getting paid quite a bit of money to lie thru their teeth.

    I had Carshield for 18 months. Monthly payment was automatically deducted from my bank on the 15th of each month. I needed mechanical repairs, my check engine line was on, my tire monitor system light was on. I delivered my vehicle to the dealership from where I purchased. A diagnostice was performed and the needed repairs noted. This was the first time I was informed that Carshield does not cover brakes. Carshiled does not cover the repair of tire monitor system. The only repairs they would cover was for some sensors. The total bill for parts covered was $503.00. I paid $250.048 of the total bill. Carshield collected $2339.00 over a period of 18 months and was not willing to cover the entire amont of $503.00 or pay for front brakes which would have cost $480.58. The day after I receive my car and paid $250.48 I cancelled the automatic payment.

    If you have a problem with your car you might get coverage. After a lengthy review process. And I hope you have a second car because their rental policy literally will only pay for your rental according to the time it takes to fix the car. None of the waiting time because you have to wait for parts or their review. It took 6 weeks to fix my car and they paid for 2 days of rental. Even though at least 2 weeks were attributed to them needing a tow bill that I paid. Then wouldn't do any work because they had 5 days to have someone look at the problem, and of course that took a total of 10 days because the decision was made Friday after 4 and then the weekend and the next Friday they said they didn't make a decision. So the decision was made on Monday and then we had to order the parts. The worst part is if you look into your carshield policy in is probably underwritten by one if 7 or 8 different companies.

    The worst! Do not use this company. All itrms listed in the platinum coverage that were covered per the manual suddenly not a covered product. Customer ********************** reps are terrible, no one knows anything, tranferring you to others that also are clueless. Deny your claim, and then call to cancel policy and say are checking on some of the items to see if they can overide it. Its all scammer techniques. One of the reps said we couldnt cancel our policy at this time!!

    as a business having to deal with carshield, is like dealing with people that dont actually work for carshield. No one actually knows how to do their job, that includes the supervisors. we have been wating for payment from them since september and today 2/14/2023, still havent received payment. Dont ask me how i will be getting paid but as of right now, its like talking to a wall everytime you call. AS A BUSINESS, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CARSHIELD UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT A WHOLE YEAR TO GET PAID FOR A JOB.

    They deserve no stars. Complete scam. Anyone who has them I suggest that you cancel your policy immediately. Just think about this, even if you have a brand new vehicle, you are going to have some rust and corrosion eventually. They don't cover that and the majority of their coverage is on metal.

    I have paid Carshield for two years. They kept telling me that all you had to pay was $100. A lie. I went to the Chrysler dealer they called me a car rental. They swiped my car. I asked ********* why. They told me Chrysler had to make a CLAIM but I shouldn't have to pay anything. It took Chrysler 8 days. After 8 days, Carshield tells me that Chrysler prices were too high which I did asked They for a list and they td me to go to any dealer I want. Chrysler was good and all I had to pay is $100 and get everything done and only a hundred. Now, they are telling me that I will have to come out of my pocket $1200 and that was the price of service. You can't file a complaint. Now I had to pay for diagnostic and rental and not a ***** from Carshield. I'm out of $700. I stayed on hold for 2 hours waiting for claims and the phone hung up.

    I have not heard from anyone. I paid faithful for 3 years and my first claim I was denied. Three years of payment of aluminum and gold membershield to cover everything and I was denied. Nobody called.

    I have had Carshield coverage for over a year. After a bad experience using them for roadside assistance and hearing of so many friends having issues with them, I decided to cancel my contract. I mailed them a letter to cancel in early January. They continued to bill my credit card the following month. I went to my bank to dispute the charge. They continue to call me, email me and send me bills in the mail. They refuse to cancel my contract. This is beyond harassing. Carshield is FAKE.

    We had CarShield for years now. We never had any problems with them. Any time in need to switch my billing date, they are so nice and friendly. Very helpful. We have to Diamond package for my 2014 Jeep. They have saved me so much money ?? Thank you CarShield

    They are scammers, that sell everyone that fake contracts, and never honor them, when it comes to getting your car repairs. All, they do is denies what work/warranty you have set up under their payment plan, that you chose. I read back their contract, and they denied what is described in black and white. I advise everyone, don't bother with them period. Also there is no refund I refund period. Stand together everyone, and that they will be put out of business. They paid well known actors/actress to promote their product, to convince everyone, that they are reputable, which they're not. They're not BBB accredited. Look at the complaints/reviews against them, and from the Better Business Bureau. There are A+ car warranty that are approved thru BBB, but not Car Shield. Everyone drop them right away, and see what happens. I showed the car dealership Car Shield contract, and their plan that I was under, for the type of repaired that I needed, that was in black and white. Dealership read it, agree to what was described in the contract. Car Shield denied the claim, that was covered in their contract. Didn't pay, which I had to pay out of my pocket for the work that I needed done on my car, to getting that repair done, that was seriously needed. To get it running again, without a problem. Please everyone, cancel your contract with Car Shield, and don't let them offer you a lesser payment plan to stay with them. Get rid of Car Shield, you'll be very glad that you did. Trust me, go with someone that is honest and reputable!
