I was happy with the customer ********************** **** and the ease of my garage contacting carshield to discuss problems and payment. I was not happy that I had to pay the fee for the "diagnosis" of what is wrong with the car ($129.00) and the reason is because my car did not have to be put on a lift to be diagnosed. Since The garage knew what was wrong by lifting the hood, i had to pay the fee, if it was put on a lift carshield would pay the fee. Weird to me, since it has to be diagnosed or how else is it getting fixed. I do appreciate this company thoughCarShield

I've enjoyed having and working with Car Shield. It was easy it work with when a claim was submitted. I cancelled my contract due to trading in my vehicle and getting a new vehicle. I'll be back once the new warranty expires.CarShield

Carshield is a BIG JOKE...its always something with them most repair shop dont like dealing with them... everytime i take my car to repair shop they come up with this & that all them FALSE ADVERTISING COMMERCIALS..NEED TO STOP...THEY ARE MISLEADING & THEY NEED TO PAY PEOPLE BACK cause this policy is a SCAM... I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE...CarShield
