keep your money. don't ever put your money into this company. it is a scam, they share the wins with the adjustors. I don't have time to complain about the details. they are not worth the details. they will always find a reason not to cover the car. this is a 419 company. I strongly believe their bonus is based on denial and not just that but the higher the cost of repair the better bonus to to the adjustor if he or she can deny it. you can feel the passion at which they deny because the denial makes the adjustor richer.CarShield

******** company with false advertising. Promises bumper to bumper coverage and even with the highest tier they still find any way to get out of paying for a claim. Please dont waste your money with them. The customer ********************** is terrible. I received a different answer every time I spoke with someone regarding my claim. Waste of money and a waste of time!CarShield

When I first signed on with Carshield, I told the guys at raquetball I had and the only guy that had tried it said " I would back out, it's a scam" I thought he was extreme and disregarded. I then had a claim and after all of Carshields resisting to pay the dealership ( who told me they had quit Carshield because of these problems and went back due to corporate demand) 4 months later I got my car back. They also resisted and downgraded my rental and towing bills! Anyway, got my car back with a replacement engine that had ******* miles on it. The one I had had ******* miles :( Not a comfort after 4 months wait. Every call into Carshield was fairly miserable as their communications within Carshiel and to the dealership were pretty poor.CarShield

Please stay away from Car Shield ! The experience is horrific and they want all repair documents and inspection reports for any car in their coverage. We were taking our car to a dealer after buying the car new, and my spouse did not keep all the records. I went to the dealer to get all service work and warranty paperwork and was given minimal documents- I shared what I had and after being given the run around for 4 days - and still no answer from a adjuster asking for the same documents over and over- Car Shield reached out to the dealer and asked for the same documents. Not a good experience and way too much back-and-forth. When I called to "cancel" the plain the person offered a discount and a rental car ??? REALLY - If you offered better service you would not have to offer a discount or car rental. SPARE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION !CarShield
