    Carshield sucks!! After you have made a claim or 2 they stop wanting to cover stuff that they should be covering for repairs. DO NOT CONSIDER THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR ANYTHING!!!! Find another warranty or just put the money in savings that you would spend each month if covered by an extended warranty.

    They are terrible. Customer ********************** is hard to get ahold of, they play a cat and mouse game and then just deny your claim anyway even when it is something that is covered. I recommend stay away from them it's a waist of money.

    I am filing a complaint against CarShield for delayed service, mishandled claims processing, and breach of contract.I submitted Claim #******* on March 25, 2025. An inspection was initially scheduled for March 31st, but no inspector arrived. A second inspection was scheduled for Tuesday, April 3rd, and once again, the inspector failed to show. The third-party inspector finally came on Thursday, April 3rd, which significantly delayed the review and approval process.While my car sat at the repair shop for over 3 weeks awaiting claim approval, CarShield failed to communicate or expedite the process. Ultimately, after holding up the process and failing to meet service expectations, CarShield denied my claim based on a supposed oil leaka claim that is inaccurate and unsubstantiated. My vehicle has no history of an oil leak and had a recent oil change prior to the inspection and taking care to the care repair shop. The repair shop also confirmed there was no oil leak present.CarShields actions have left me without a reliable vehicle, despite being fully compliant with their policy terms. Their delays and final denial represent not only poor service but a clear breach of contract, as the claim should have been reviewed and processed promptly. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and and response at Carshield's expense.

    I am so glad I purchased CarShield! We have a 2019 For Expedition and the cam chasers were going out and we took it to the dealership, they called CarShield set up the claim. For some reason when the dealership sent the video of the issue, the *** for CarShield couldnt hear it, so they had to send someone out to physically look at the Expedition and approved the repairs. Thank goodness!! It was a pretty ***** to repair and we are so thankful we have CarShield!!!

    The worst experience ever. I have a 2020 **** escape in the shop since February 24 2025 in need of a new transmission. Still to this day, April 6, 2025 I havent had it fixed right yet because they keep sending refurbished ones which are garbage. Ive spent over $1000 out of pocket for rental fees and missing working hours because of the back-and-forth of trying to get this resolved

    Did you not tell you that you have to wait for the product to come in for 3 or 4 days before you can have your car fixed you went to your deal or they have the part and Carshield will not cover it

    CARSHIELD (**): Whatever you do DO NOT get involved with CARSHIELD. When you want to end your service with them even though you cancel, they will still continue to hound you with calls DAILY looking for your payment. On March 27, 2025, Wednesday, a week before my usual $116, monthly charge was due, I called to cancel. I experienced interrogating questions as to why I am ending my service. I was busy with another project and asked the ** *** nicely to please just end my service. He continued on with his questioning. He disrespected my request. I started to get agitated. I asked him again to please cancel my account whereas, the call ironically ended. I thought I was finished. However, I received another call on 4/2/25, the following Wednesday, from ** saying the same things. I told this ** ***, ******* my experience from last week. He told me that ** has a rule that must be carried out in order to cancel. That they must read a certain statement to me...meanwhile he is trying to resell me back into the service even though I told him the car I had insured is no longer being driven by me. Again, more questions "Why are you no longer driving that car?" I get put on hold. finally, he reads me the **** whatever it is that they allegedly must read for their overpriced service.The very next day, yet another call from a ** *** looking for my payment. I try to I tell her my complain...she begins to repeat a dialogue w/o listening to me. She leaves the call w/o telling me she is putting me on hold.. I wait. People DO NOT HANG UP THEY WILL USE THIS AS AN EXCUSE NOT TO CANCEL YOU. So finally, she comes back and tells me its all done. I am canceled.I hope so because if I get one more call, I am going to get a gun and shoot my phone. It has been a horrible experience. So please my fellow consumers beware of CARSHIELD :(
